15 rooms and suites with balconies afford magnificent views of Garfield Mountain and the Esopus River. Elegant, health conscious meals are served fireside during the winter, and creek side during the summer. Ingredients are locally harvested and recipes are taken from the best of European and Asian cuisines. Our classic spa menu is flavorful and nutritious, beautiful and light.
In addition to our classic spa packages, we also offer customized 3, 7, 10, 14, 21 & 30 day stays for accelerated weight loss, detoxifying diets, juice fasting and raw food therapy. These are more specific, result-oriented than our classic packages. We help you develop healthy habits, and an exercise, diet & relaxation plan for life.
Guests enjoy a variety of indoor classes in the Spa’s serene yoga studio, lap swimming in the 60 ft. indoor pool, and a full gym. There are six treatment rooms for massages, facials, and wide variety of other therapies. The wet room suite is comprised of Vichy Shower, Scotch hose and a hydrotherapy tub. A sauna, hot tub and steam room complete the spa facilities.
Bring hiking boots with you. Though there’s no shortage of indoor activities, the Spa’s philosophy is inspired by the great outdoors. Hiking, biking, snow shoeing and skiing. Relaxing in the sun, or wading in the creek. Fishing, tennis, bird watching or spotting deer while dining.
