It was nice food, nice area, nice staff.
It was unpleasant for dinner, even if we had it included in accommodation they didn't offer us a glass of water. Only all inclusive vip received rest should buy they are not so important... So take extra money with you for water :)

Amazing staff, special thanks to Flory @ reception who was absolutely amazing, exceptional customer service. The hotel's location is also very good and there are plenty of nearby amenities, which means you do not have to walk more than needed in order to find a supermarket or a good restaurant. Additionally, the room was cleaned daily to a very high standard and the gym was always nice and ready for a workout.
Personally, I would have liked more chicken options for dinner, there were a couple of nights when I could not find any chicken dishes whatsoever, there was plenty of fish and pork but less chicken. We also had some issues with the car park, I guess the hotel got very busy and we had no space for our car, we had to park it outside the hotel's premises on the street which is not the safest option.

I just don’t get the stance no bottled free water in rooms and a charge for safe. Why in an establishment boasting high stars?

Check in very slow no information given about hotel on arrival 1st room we had a tiny bathroom and balcony very disappointing No pool for star prestige just hot tubs A staff member dropped several glass bottles on the sun deck waited over hour and a half then had to return to room to ring reception house keeping came and cleared the big bits of broken glass but left lots of tiny pieces of glass all over the floor Some staff on reception very unhelpful

Everything from the staff to the food, drink and location.. Staff can't do enough for you.
No ball's allowed in pool, very harsh on the kids.
