I liked that the reception was always welcoming and friendly the cleaner was also nice and especially I loved the staff in the dining room they were offering exceptional service and care and looked after my children and played with them and made me feel at home. The food was overall tasty but I would like to see much more choices. Location is very good and also some of the night entertainment was good. This is my second time to this hotel I would come again another time hopefully I would like to see some refurbishment of the hotel especially the hotel rooms thank you for making our stay enjoyable

Whilst other staff such as the dining area were exceptional in their service and in how they treated my children some staff members in areas like the bar I found just unwelcoming. The room was clean I just felt that there needs to be a revamp of the room just to modernise and also get rid of of rotten old wood pieces such as in the bathroom. The gym facilities are very limited and also very very outdated and old would have been nice if there was better gym facilities. Food was very good but but I would say there is a limitation of options in comparison to other 4 star hotels which offer a much wider range of variety of food choices. Whilst this may not be possible it would have been nice to have an indoor pool so that I could take my 1-year old for a swim as currently is not the right temperature but also the heat of the sun is not always good for younger children.
