Jeg kunne godt lide det værelse, det var meget stort med en dejlig balkon. Udsigten var fremragende.

Room servicen, renheden af tallerkner og glas, og vi blev snydt for flere ting. Parkeringsvagten havde et uheld i vores bil, og kom ikke en undskyldning.

Very nice hotel. Not brand new anymore but still modern. A lot of space: big, clean rooms, comfortable beds, huge shower, nice room balcony. Breakfast offers a lot of choice and the outside terrace is fantastic (sea view). Nice gym, good facilities. Next to a beautiful beach. A great place to stay for a week!

The negative points are in some small things: the walls are plastered and so, small pieces are breaking of the walls easily. In our room, damage caused by previous guests was pretty visible in the toilet, for example. A detail that shows in something that is for the rest, a really beautiful and luxurious room. The staff: some people are really nice (entrance desk, room service, massage), others just correct. But well, there were never any problems, the service was more than ok. But in a five star hotel, you expect that ‘little more’ that was not always there. I was under the impression that some people (mainly at breakfast and in the restaurant) were very tired at the end of a long, busy season... But I have to say that these two small negative remarks are pretty insignificant compared to the positive over all impression of the hotel as a whole. We had a great stay and would certainly come back!

Staff were lovely and very friendly. The bedrooms are smart. They have a lovely indoor pool. They have a free bus to Albufeira. There are a number of different eating options (although there are a couple of fantastic local restaurants nearby). Easy path buit to get to the local beach.

I thought they could have made better use of the outdoor areas and have more seating areas with sea views.

The resort is one of the best in algarve. Good facilities and location. Good reception staff. Good spa.

The other staff in the bar and resturant next to the pool wasn't good specially for a five stars hotel. We were waiting gor our lunch for morr than one hour and after that they bring it wrong so we wait for more 30 mns. No service at the pool. Everything was clean but the towels wasn’t clean which is unexpected thing in a 5 stars hotel.
