The location. Some staff was nice and tried hard to help.
They turn on the TV in the evening in the breakfast room, which was very close to my room. First night it was on very loud even though nobody was in the room. I could not stand it and went there to turn it down. When the hotel front desk receive a phone call, I could hear it so loud in my room, which is above the front desk area. I didn’t like the fact they were so inconsiderate about the terrible noise level in many ways. The staff didn’t clean up the table after guests left the breakfast room. I was lucky to find the seat that was clean, but the people who came after me could not sit and were lost until the personnel came to clean up the table.

Property was clean and I make good location easy to get to but not easy to park around, We found a parking spot out on the street and were able to pay until 8 o’clock and then from eight until nine the next morning it was free and then we ran out and put some more another parking paid ticket on it so that we were able to stay until 11
The bed was extremely hard the room was great the location was great but the bed was hard all of the pillows were wonderful

The way a female stuff in the morning shift on Sunday treated us! During or breakfast and check out! She's lovely and thank you! My apologies for not remembering your name.
That they had a long face and didn't seem to happy about their job. Some, not all staff members! Something to look into it as a smile is always welcome. In general they were great and provided us a great experience!
