I liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel.

This hotel is not up to the level for which it is advertised everywhere(5 stars to 9+ ratings etc). It is just bit of an upgrade over the average Accor chain hotels. Let me describe here - the breakfast is really not good in comparison to other similar hotels. The breakfast is just having the ready made items which can be put quickly with least amount of human intervention. I stayed 2 days and breakfast was ditto same. There is no "cooked" dish in the breakfast except omelette and sausages. Coming over to the in-house restaurant, there are dishes which can just be prepared in oven and nothing else in menu - just see the menu and you will find out. The reality of breakfast and restaurant menu shows they don't have decent kitchen and staff. They are just not into "gastro" business, although they advertise so. I think in the premium hotels like Pullmann - one would expect nice breakfast and restaurant having menu with 5-6? different dishes. There is just extensive bar menu, no brainer which any other bar on the street would be having. I have stayed in tons of hotels but I'll NOT stay in this hotel ever at the current price level (150+).

the location is amazing

I ordered ginger tea and I thought was a bit overpriced. I tried to pay with my credit card but they said it wouldnt go through so I paid with cash instead. i checked my bank account statement soon after and found out that i have been charged. so they made me pay twice! Sheer incompetence and total negligence on their part.
