stairs to the first floor. It didn't have an elevator and it is a problem if you carry heavy luggage.

Location
Staff not very friendly. Bathroom very smelly and molded. Cleaningladies do their best but it is just too old to keep it hygienic.

The hotel was in the heart of the historical section and quite large by European standards.
The internet did not work the morning we were leaving and was not fixed by 11AM

good location
the bathroom was a joke, they use pink bracelets to fix the shower ( the price for a new shower is like 6-10 euros) picture attached. Unbelievable

Well located in the city centre, close by to all the points of interest.
The room has a dark tones which gives it a very shady look, and not much light gets in to worsen it. If going by car and due to being in the city center is almost impossible to park nearby and the reserved spots are always occupied as there’s no control on who parks there.
