Hotel Dukes' Palace Bruges

The professional staff and luxurious surroundings made our stay very comfortable.

The underground car park was quite expensive at Euro 30/day and did not have a lift into the hotel.

A beautiful hotel which was very comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel but had drinks in the bar a couple of times which was very pleasant. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. The pool complex was beautiful and relaxing, the only complaint would be the pool could have been made a little bigger. Saying this there were never many people there so it was not really a problem. The hotel is very central and the shops and attractions are nearby. We would recommend a canal boat trip.

Service from front desk staff is excellent and friendly. Rooms are large and very comfortable, with separate tub and large stand-up shower. You will sleep very well here! Lots of amenities but we didn't try them as we were only there for 2 nights. Good location, about a 5 minute walk to the Markt square.

Cleanliness, size of the rooms and the style of the rooms

The room service menu wasnt the greatest and the shower water varied from scolding to ice cold, unable to find a constant temp.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. We brought two of our children that were allowed to stay in our room and the hotel decided to give us an upgrade to a suite. This is what hospitality should read like in the dictionary.
