Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Food was great with a good choie. Drinks were good. Staff were exceptional. Room was very clean and modern. 2 minutes from the beach. Ignore the bad reviews.

Almost everything was wonderful. The staff is polite and attentive. We liked the way they organize the process of choosing the table at a restaurant so you don’t need to look for a free table at a popular time. The room was very clean as they clean it every day.

The location was great, breakfast was awesome, Jose and David were brilliant with my 6 year old son
Breakfast manager was extremely rude, wouldn’t allow my husband on for breakfast because my son and I weren’t with him, we were following 5 minutes later, not sure what the issue is that? Not many staff smile. Room didn’t have a fridge of tea/coffee facilities, bathroom roof was mouldy and shampoo dispenser didn’t work.

Meals - not only a large selection, both for starters and main courses, but also dessert (ice cream and extras are great!). The team dealing with their preparation and service of seats in the hall also deserves recognition. Extremely friendly people, also for the smallest. One of the better locations in Calella - in the second building, very close to the beach, but at the same time not so close to the railway line - you can't hear regular trains. Cleanliness - although the building is not new, it is clean, rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed.
The rooms are very small, if you add a cot and enter the pram, you can barely go to the bathroom. In addition, the walls are not soundproof, conversations can be heard next door, I would say even word for word.
