Beautiful place with very nice people. They do everything to help you. The breakfast on the roof felt very special. Also, it was a nice experience to be able to swim inside a riad! And the beautiful hall took our breath away. We didn't try the hamam, since we prefered to go to a local one, it costs less. And for those who'd like to know: the jacuzzi costs 150.000 MAD per person for 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Very beautiful riad, with a big swimming pool and spa. When we arrived in the evening, they gave us some Moroccan tea and pastries. Nice big terrace where you can enjoy the views while having breakfast or dinner. Delicious breakfast, you can choose what you like. All the staff was very polite and supportive, special thanks to Mehdi at the reception - very attentive and helpful, provided us all the information and even changed the room to a superior one for the second night. We were leaving early in the morning, and they prepared a little take away breakfast. Highly recommended.

Despite there being an issue with our original booking - the staff were quick to resolve and upgraded us into a suite in another affiliated hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Laundry was expensive to get done (although did come back very promptly!) The room was lovely but could do with updating/refreshing (new air con, new towels)
