Hotellet har brug for mere personale. Servicen er langsom, og folk er ikke godt uddannet til at gøre tingene nemmere hverken hurtigere.

All very confusing from the start. Didn't have the correct details for a family of 5 on their system. Didn't have the details of payment already made. We had to wait over 2 hours to get the rooms ready.

At checkin we had to wait according to the strict rules till 3 o'clock. It felt a bit dump since there are so many rooms and we were off season. After payment at checkin in cash with tax we were tagged with a plastic round the hand, at checkout we were asked another payment for tourist tax. We bravely did pay again, even though we have had paid those 6 Reaís already. Internet did not work at the room, each time we wanted, we had to go to the lobby. Just next door there are private apartments where you can check in much easier, have very good internet at the bigger apartment and don't get tagged with plastic strips around your arm. It is better and only half the price.

The property is beautiful and well located for my first time in the city. Whoever the bed for a couple is two twins put together and that is nit good enough. Breakfast was good and the staff is very friendly. The WIFI is terrible.
