Gæstfrihed helt ud over det sædvanlige. Vi kan kun anbefale stedet.
I love nearly every aspect of my time here, the beach really is just on the front of this property, the garden is great and catches the sun nicely, the bedrooms are cleaned everyday and are super smart and modern the beds are very cosy also, my view was amazing and the place was super quiet, the lady who lives downstairs who was the owners mother was a really lovely lady, I wished I could chat to her as I'm sure she would have told me many stories, but she didn't speak English, the area is fine plenty of pubs and places to eat if that's what u like, the bus service is fantastic runs constantly every 10 mins and goes to the city or all the way down the entire coast which is exactly what a family or single person would like, the buses are super cheap and everyone seems to speak english, as from Crete, Crete is stunning.. Such a loving vibe.. Ok so here's what I found hard, its nothing major I'm sure but for me its a deal breaker, there wasn't a cooker only a one hobbed little camping stove, I like to cook on my holidays it keeps the cost down and in general I like my own cooking better than tavaners, there wasn't a toaster either, its the simple things I missed on my stay.. And that's all everything else here is great.. This is just my own preference pls dont let it put u off this place is great and I will revisit..
Casa Leone is a fantastic boutique hotel in a setting with great views of the picturesque Venetian port of Chania. We were made just so welcome from the moment we arrived and this continued throughout our stay. The owner Nikos, supported by Antonia and Maria were all fabulous looking after our every need with information provided on things to see, restaurants etc. There was a delicious breakfast served each morning in the main reception room with home cooked pastries from Nikos' wife - a highlight. Our room overlooking the courtyard was very spacious and peaceful and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Nice people, really good service
Hyggeligt familiedrevet hotel med god atmosfære
new and nice. in the center. poor breakfast
It was a very good stay. Friendly staff, big and clean rooms, and very close to the city center. It is worth the money by far.
The hotel is near to the bus station as well as the old port. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was bright and clean and had a flat panel lcd tv.
The hotel was excellent in all respects. Clean, Friendly, Cheap. Good Breakfast. Location is fantastic. Between new town and old venetian quarters; 5 minutes from the bus station and the fabulous market. It is a family run hotel and our hosts were really helpful. They suggested a tour for us to hike through the Samaria Gorge. It was as cheap as doing it ourselves and much more satisfactory. The rooms are not huge but are lovely, bathrooms fine and air conditioning excellent! Another great help is that there is a huge sign on the top of the hotel, visible from the big town market. It helped me find my way twice. Another big advantage is its price - so cheap for the quality.
Amazing value for money. I am a frequent traveler, and I am not exaggerating in saying that it is such a rarity to enjoy a hotel stay that much! The hotel is brand new, clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely fantastic, beyond the usual Greek hospitality. There was 24 hour reception service, and the hotel is conveniently located in the center of Chania. Overall, at this price, I am sure there is no better place to stay in that area, and I look forward to visiting again. Parking is an issue, but this is a general problem in the entire city. There is no wireless connection, but I am sure the staff will work on that pretty soon.
location is near chania port. walking distance within the old town. well chania is relatively small. the location of the hotel in their website or even in booking.com should state it is in chania port or say it is behind starbucks in chania port. i had a hard time looking for the place even the greek cab driver from the airport doesn't know the street name. he only knows the landmark as old chania port
The host were great hope to see them again during my next vacation to Hellas. None.
Situation: very near the old harbour and many good restuarants and little shops No lift (we were on 2nd floor & had heavy suitcases), no reception, no breakfast, no balcony.
Very clean rooms and excellent location right in the heart of the old town. Shopping and great restaurants literally on your doorstep! There is a roof terrace with a nice view and for €55 per night in peak season (mid August) it was very reasonable. No shower curtain so bathroom "floods"; the double bed was a small double and therefore a squeeze for two people.
- Great position near the harbor and the center of old town - Friendly staff - It would have been nicer if the bathroom whould have had a shower curtain.
Perfect location the old town was on the doorstep, lovely surroundings, the owners were so friendly, The room was simple yet perfect for are requirements a trip for me my sister & mother on a budget. I would most definitely go to Chania again & would try to stop in Imeros again. suitable for couples, or friends wanting to explore the old town/new town, it only took 15 mins to get to the beach too. We found all the best restaurants were so close to were we were staying (not the ones around the port) one of my favourite holidays an amazing place. no it was perfect, the pictures on the page were exactly the same as the room.
It's in the historical center, in one of the turistic pedestrian narrow street. The rooms are recently renewed and air conditioning was working. The reception is in one of the little shops, so opens at 10am and closes at 12 pm. The receptionists were kind and helpfull. Very difficult to park in the centre. we had some problems with the shower which was without curtain and so there was always a lot of water on the floor.
I enjoyed the clean room and the service I received at Imeros. Everything is withing walking distance of the town.
good location large room this rooms for rent are not suitable for people with kids they don't have non baby cod no water heater lot of stairs to get at the room only shower no certain risk for accidents
The owner is very nice, makes you feel comfortable.great location, your right in the center.
Nice location... Friendly people at the reception (but they don't speak english most of the time)... Really noisy cleaning crew... Don't expect to sleep later than 11.30... Internet dind't work
The owner was really friendly and extremely a helping hand in getting a car rented and a taxi transfer to the airport. The pool area is clean and safe for children. The malibu cocktail was refreshing. Ample parking space. Clean rooms. Beautiful garden. Friendly staff. Walking distance from Golden Beach. Very close to the old city and Agia Marina
Very friendly owners, good location - easy to get to Chania and not far from the beach. No air condotioning in our room.
Close to the beach and the city. Bowling and Go-kart nearby
Excellent location near the beach and the Chania city. Very nice staff. Green garden, well taken care of. Nice and clean pool area. Good beds. Peaceful. No fridge in the room. The bathroom needs shower curtain.
The hotel is a family enterprise and you feel - thanks to the attention of the owners - like at home. They really care and try to help you with whatever they can. The place is quite, very close to a nice sandy beach, but also to the town of Chania, which allows you to manage the sunbathing as well as some culture and culinary delights or - travelling to other places by bus (either you go to Chania or jump on the bus at the stop which is some minutes walk from the hotel). They have a really quite area in the hotel with a swimming pool and many bushes, flowers and trees (well kept after). If you are a hygiene control freak, don´t go to this hotel - they changed my towels only every 3rd day (even though I did not mind and personally think it may be only a temporary solution based on the current recession - the owner mentioned to me that they had to send away some of their personnel)...
Rolig, afslappet stemning i september måned. Behageligt personale.
Lidt mere vand i hanerne !
Byens strand ligger lige over for hotellet.
