Comfy beds, shuttle to the airport, clean
Clean and seemed safe Didn't get king bed as booked. Didn't have good. Staff could care less about issues.
It was a very clean and well kept hotel! And shuttles to the airport were running frequently It was a fifteen minute drive from the airport, but there's very few options that are closer
At 6 am I went down for breakfast and to ask about signing up for the airport shuttle. No one was at the desk. I waited and shouted a few times but no one came. Then a man came by to check out and when I said no one was there he said that must be way he didn't get his wake up call. Then about three other people came by to check out and still no one was there. This was after about five minutes. I left and went back to bed.
The shuttle system from DIA to the hotel works. Be sure to sign up for a return trip at the right time because the TSA line is quite long for departures. Plan for it. Room was clean. Check-in was easy and friendly. Coffee was - meh... No breakfast snacks at 0500. Stay on the third floor if possible - even there you could hear the vehicles being parked in back of the hotel. Seemed unusually loud at 10pm. Cars could be heard over the TV.
not much spa was not working, no maid service one full day
We wanted a room close to the airport for an early morning flight. Huge room, super comfortable and CLEAN bed, great bathroom, close to area restaurants. Our stay was quick but perfect.
At least they had breakfast. A guy asked for water they sent him in the laundry room to get water from the tap My stay was horrendous: Shuttle bus broke down! Found out after waiting for an hour after landing at airport even though I called them every 20 Minutes about the shuttle Paid for a taxi to get to the Inn. No reimbursement manager never present night or morning Tv not working Room despicable Worst stay ever
The room was clean, shuttle service to the airport was efficient (and ran starting early, which was important for us), and continental breakfast was provided (4am-9am). The room smelled strongly of Lysol when we first got in (solved by opening the window). It was also quite hot at night (conveniently also solved by opening the window). They were having some computer problems when we checked in, which slowed the process slightly but was not a serious issue.
Dirty thin walls could here everything going on No rest do yourself a favor head over to embassy suites
Great place but is rather expensive, out in the middle of nowhere, but very close to Denver airport.
Close to the airport The furniture was chipped and shabby. The television was too difficult to figure out and the coffee maker did not work. A call to the front desk regarding the television was not helpful and the check in personnel was confused.
Friendly welcome - the woman at the desk was happy and helpful Clean room Comfortable bed Wasn't told I needed to sign up for the shuttle in the morning. Thankfully, I was able to grab a seat. The gentleman at the desk was a bit condescending at first.
Continental breakfast was pretty good. A lot to choose from. Our room had no heat and the TV was broken. We asked to switch rooms. The room we moved to was better but we found a lot of hair on the toilet, bed, and shower. We will be staying elsewhere next time.
It's a good quality hotel. Don't expect anything fancy. Everything worked and the shuttle service was good.
My family was told it would be 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the Denver airport but after many calls and failed attempts to get anyone to answer the phone and then to call the corporate reservation office to have the call disconnected, we finally flagged a bus down at the airport. We waited 1hour and 45 min at the airport. Then the driver was very rude and told us he was never told to pick us up. Then when finally arriving at the hotel and asked for an explanation, the staff stated that he was told and he continued to be rude as he was standing there behind the counter. Very unreliable shuttle service and the phone system was unreliable to speak with front desk staff or to get the front desk to answer.
Bed was excellent. Was full service with table service bar and restaurant. The included breakfast was very good. Nothing. All was good
It was a nice place. There wasn't any parking when I stayed had to park across the street on the street. I thought that the food was very over priced and was upset that breakfast wasn't included .
The hotel was very easy and convenient. Quick check-in and nice breakfast. Disappointed to be charged for parking. Every other hotel we have stayed at has had free parking for the duration of our trip (only one week). I guess in the future I need to make sure parking is included!
We got to leave our car there for 5 days Crummy room
Provided us with personal items once we arrived since United Airlines had lost our luggage
Nothing The booking clerk charged 10$ extra. I reserved the room through booking.com for 182, they charged 193
Comfortable beds, nice indoor pool, close to airport - kids liked the hotel.
Location. Breakfast. Staff. Would have been nice if they had informed us that there was construction going on. Not the cleanest place. Walls seemed thin, as it was kind of noisy.
Room was large and the bed was comfortable. Very close to airport with free shuttle service.
Staff was less than friendly.
Staff was great, Internet actually worked well (unlike some other places I've stayed, even other Fairfield Inns!). Facility was nice and there is a very good restaurant (The Bistro) right across the street at the Courtyard hotel.
glad to be able to get a room during snowstorm.. 1. under construction..carpeting hallways 2. greatly overpriced..would not take any discounts. Stayed in a comfort Inn for 5 nights before. Paid almost as much for one night at Fairfield.
Generous sized rooms and nice decor. Good Shuttle service to airport. Nice Sports bar within walking distance of front door.
I did not like he meat selection it seem to be under cooked and variety would have been appreciated. Like fruits and vegetables.I also heard the person in the room next to me snoring.
