Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very good value of money because rooms are very luxury. Open buffet breakfast with very rich and local food selections. It is needed to have desktop lamp on the study desk. Desk remains at dark corner of the room and it becomes difficult to work there especially in night. Compare with Hilton. There are desktop lamps on every desk in Hilton rooms. This hotel is more luxurious than Hilton so one would expect some good working environment. WLAN coverage is poor in some rooms also.
Good location for Sabiha Gokcen airport Faulty Air-con unit in room but as I was only there for 1 night I just lived with it...
this hotel is wonderful!...unfortunately is located in the Asian part of Istanbul, but if you need to stay near Sabiha Airport is perfect! the hotel is very clean and the rooms are great!for the breakfast use the room service is less expensive!..
everything location ideal for short stop over and use of sabiha airport but a little way out of centre
Fast & friendly check in, well kept swimming pool with great amenities, rooftop bar with wonderful view, late check out was arranged very friendly, everyone is helpful in assisting to solve any question, very clean, great views from the room, absolutely quiet and comfortable It's a 5* businesshotel, so why is everything closed after 9.30 pm -unfortunately rooftop doesn't serve food, restaurant closed, coffeecafe closed, pool closed- and the 'English pub' closed at 11.00 pm.
the manger was helpful the reception was good but the need to teach there staff english. the bell boy staff was not helpeful
room was very comfortable and loved the bathroom. Had a relaxıng few hours ın the spa. Pool was closed at 5 for a weddıng.Was not told thıs on bookıng.
The hotel was really luxurious and a nice treat for us on our travels. the rooms are excellent and the hotel has a very exclusive feel about it. Not a massive fan of the pool area. you have to buy and wear a swimming hat and the pool was full of kids.
an outstanding quality hotel. free Internet. I recommend it for business travel If you are in Istanbul for tourist attraction, this is not the hotel you want to stay in, It is far a way from the old city.
I was asked to leave the hotel dining room as they required the table,at the weekend its a "free for all" around the pool. With no concession made for residents. I had to leave (1)day early from the hotel and was charged for leaving early!! The hotel is situated in an industrial estate.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable, spacious and had everything you needed. room was a little worn in nsome areas
I liked the friendly staff, the cleaness of the room and the near distance to the shopping centre of Kartal. The location is good, but a little bit noisy because it is close to the main road. The restaurant is good and has a nice sea view overlooking the Princess Islands. Nothing, good value for the money. We had a premium room including transfer to the airport (ISG) which was perfect.
Exceptional friendly and helpfull staff. Confortable room. Great hotel & services.
On booking.com I reserved a premium room - the hotel insisted on giving me a standard room even though I had the booking paper for premium room! The room was too warm! Not possible to turn off heater unit - could only switch on airco! Inefficient to cool & heat at same time!
the rooms are nice and comfortebel, its close to the airport breakfast was poor
Park 156 was a very good hotel very handy for the airport and ferry boat. You could also get a metro into the city if required. The staff were excellent, they kept their restaurant open at 10pm for myself and wife. They also made breakfast available at 6.30am for our early departure. It is ideal if you have a car for onward travel or as a stopover on transit. Parking was ideal and it is right next to a handy garage and shop. I had no hesitation in booking it again for our return journey several days later. It is in a residential area with nothing around it, but as I already said, it is really a stopover hotel. So no real use if you want a riotous night out or to get to Istanbul city easily.
i didn't like it wont recommend to anyone who will go from Europe its may good for local people that i don't even thing so because its too expensive even for people who living in there
The welcome and attention to guests needs and comfort was probably the best I have ever experienced. I checked in after 11p.m., but was greeted with freshly squeezed juice and a smile, when I got up at 11.30 am, I was offered late breakfast without having to ask. Although a main road is nearby, there was no traffic noise and I had a great sleep. The standard of the room I had was impeccable by any standards, apparently newly built/refurbished. Free wifi was of great benefit to a traveller from the EU. The owner and staff were very willing to help and give local information and recommendations for the short amount of time I spent there. Just be aware, although 100m from the marina, this is a "city" hotel in a bustling quarter and near lots of shops, not a "beach" hotel removed from normal Istanbul life.
Extremly friendly and helpfull staff. The bedroom was very confortable. The breakfast was in a small room and not easy to use. A large kitchen shall be in place soon.
I have always used five star hotel during my travels but this is the only time I really get five star service... the whole staff from the owner to the concierge were very familial in the way they received me.
