Fordele: The room was well set out with an extra bed for a 3rd adult. The beds were all comfortable and the sound proofing was excellent so we all got a good nights sleep. Useful in room safe and tea/ coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent with a wide ranging fresh buffet and hot food cooked to order. The best thing however was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special as my daughter celebrated her 21st birthday. They arranged a bottle of Prosseco and chocolate strawberries as well as a card and balloons! Fantastic and huge thanks go to Beth and Kostatin for all their care and attention. The restaurant was also excellent, a new experience for us to have Peruvian food and the staff were helpful with reccommendations.

Fordele: Hotellet har en vidunderlig beliggenhed, men i forhold til prisen var værelset meget lille og det samme var sengen. Badeværelset havde badekar men var dårligt indrettet så håndklæderne skulle hænge over toilettet, og badekarret var underligt fladt. Morgenmaden var god, men man skal vente for længe på de varme retter. Hvis hotellet ikke havde været så dyrt havde vi været meget tilfredse, men til den pris var der meget lidt komfort på værelset.

Fordele: I regularly stay at the Rosewood in London and am never disappointed. The surroundings, the décor and a feeling of build up when you come to the Hotel; through the gateway to the inner Court yard and coming to the spectacular reception area. Staff are very mindful of what you'll need and very experienced. The Hotel in general is wonderful and the rooms are quiet when you need them to be.

Fordele: First I just want to say that this is an exceptional hotel. From the moment you exit the cab to the moment you leave. The staff across the hotel go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need with the utmost highest levels of service. The restaurant onsite is great. The bed was comfortable and I really enjoyed reading a bath in the tub. The added perk of being able to use the sits facilities as a guest of a hotel was wonderful. Perfect way to unwind after a long day. Located no more than two min walk from the tube. Was just a great location that was just or of the hustle and bustle, but easily accessible.

Fordele: The lovely location and in a way secluded approach to the hotel make it special. You come from the busy Holborn area, in the middle of busy professional London, go through entry gate and its gone, you're in another place, calm, luxurious and extremely pleasant. A huge bonus for me is that the Hotel is wonderfully quiet, a real escape.

Fordele: The property is a wonderful example of re-purposing an iconic building. If you are travelling on the trains it is a 5 minute walk to the international concourse. The rooms are a reasonable size and very comfortable. A walk in shower was appreciated too, especially as it had a grab rail.

Ulemper: We booked a superior king room with walk-in shower which we did not get. However they did compensate with a late check-out. We travelled by Eurostar so stayed at the hotel twice, going and coming back. The first room had a walk-in shower and only lukewarm water and hardly any water coming from the sink- room on fifth floor. On the second visit the room was larger and more comfortable but with an irritatingly squint shower over the bath - room on ground floor.

Fordele: The hotel was very clean, modern and had a ton of style. The staff was very friendly and they even left us a little surprise in the room for our honeymoon celebration. We especially loved the lobby and restaurant/bar. It was busy from breakfast to dinner but not too busy, just enough to give the hotel a good vibe. Breakfast was delicious!

Ulemper: This is a special note i want yo share . I had a filght from Stansted airport as this was my first time from that airport i asked the reception for the alternatives and avrg costs then as i was told taxi will take apprx 60-80 pounds , i chose . It was 130 pound

We especially loved the lobby and restaurant/bar. It was busy from breakfast to dinner but not too busy, just enough to give the hotel a good vibe. Breakfast was delicious!
Ulemper: The rooms were a bit small but we were aware prior to booking. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel room so the size didn’t bother us. The beds were also very comfortable so that helped!

Ulemper: Staff especially in the afternoon in the bar were at best appalling as waited 15 minutes to get served when not busy. When they got round to it thre mistakes were made and they came across as not interested . In fact my partner when informing the waiter of staying in the hotel stated he was not at all interested. Appalling customer service sums up this hotel. Good hotel ruin by untrained staff. Went for dinner at the St. Pancras Hotel which was superb with customer service to match. Shame with good staff a fully decent hotel which it should be at prices like this. I will never venture here again as I can be insulted far cheaper than here!

If you're attending a training at triyoga, this is a great place to stay at due to the location and the spacious room. Good & comfortable bed. In very good proximity to Regents park & the Camden Lock on the other side of the Inn. Another great feature is the French balcony which allows fresh air to get in to the room. 24/7 open reception is a great feature.

Better to look outside for fresher, cheaper options.

Ulemper: Disappointed, having paid for an upgrade to a room with balcony the view was over a busy street. That didn’t matter really, as balcony was only big enough to stand on! The room appeared to have been very recently refurbished. Sadly, the cleaning standard was very poor - accepting that staff are allowed little time for each room there were still several areas that had been missed, despite obvious need for attention. Marks / solids on carpet / occasional chair etc. As a separate issue, was also frustrated that because of reserving through booking dotcom the Rewards Scheme (now Bonvoy) - didn’t allow credits for earning points or special promotion emailed (fairly understandable) /nights stayed (unreasonable) / green credit for cancelling room cleaning service (dishonest!). I did take this up with Reception as there was no membership condition on the green promotion in the room. The Receptionist kindly agreed to give a credit, subsequently.

Fordele: The staff were friendly, and the lady at reception gave my kid a welcome pack when she saw her immediately. Then she was considerate when chose the family room for us. She also informed me about the swimming pool, etc. I found it very helpful. Also, the location is relatively convenient, by walking distance to the tube station.
Ulemper: The room is smaller than I expected. Also, there were no toothbrushes, and I was not made aware of that. Had to run out at night to a nearby coop to get some toothbrushes... could have been more convenient if I had known and brought my own ones.

Fordele: When I need access to trains and underground early I stay at GNH. There's been some decrease in the looking after you factor since the Hotel was taken over from Meridien and in general a bit cooler. The rooms and location in a way make up for it. Special mention for the restaurant staff. I was very pressed for time and they made sure the breakfast was sped up and done. much appreciated.

Fordele: I was so looking forward to staying at this hotel because of the location and its boutique style but I was so disappointed in my room and more so the price I was charged to stay in what I can only describe as a prison cell shoe box. I paid £494 for 1 night. This did not include breakfast, it had no Tea or coffee facilities in the room because that is how small the room was, yet it had an espresso machine hidden in a wardrobe area so that area could have been utilized for a small kettle and full tea/coffee facilities. Even the Premier Inn make room for such amenities. To get a hot drink you had to walk down a corridor from your room to a pantry. Early on a morning and before a shower means you have to get ready just to go and get a refreshing morning drink to suit your personal choice. The bathroom had no area for me to put my wash or make up bag, I had to put down the toilet seat to place these whilst I was using the mirror to get ready. The pillows were so soft that your sleeping with your head on the mattress and for this boutique price tag, you most certainly should have the option of a firm or soft pillow. You could not swing a cat in this room and was so difficult opening a large suitcase to get your belongings out every time , then close it up just to have some floor space. The room overlooked the roof of Kingscross and had no view whatsoever. Whilst the room was quiet and the reception staff were very nice and accommodating by allowing me early access to the room as it was ready before normal check in, overall I felt ripped off with such a huge price tag and I would never stay at this hotel again. When paying such a high price tag for 1 night you dont feel the need to question the hotel in anyway and trust that it would meet this price level however I took it upon myself to review further due to my disappointment to find that on other nights they sell these rooms online for as little as £199. I would never book here again !

Ulemper: The room didn’t have a kettle or tea but there is a pantry down the hallway that provides tea and the kettle. It’s just a matter of how you feel about that. Otherwise, beautiful room.

Ulemper: Hotel doesnt have a fitness center and pool of their own. They next door one which is extremely hot and could not breathe. The manager on duty was in helpful. Terrible experience staying there as I took that hotel mainly because of the pool.

Fordele: I’ve stayed there many times and it’s always a pleasure. The location is perfect, by the station so you can get anywhere so quickly. The building is gorgeous with so many common spaces to unwind and chill out. It’s a good place to meet new people. I’ve been traveling around Europe over the last two years and Palmers is the cleanest hostel I’ve stayed. The staff is a plus as well. Always nice and helpful guys.

Ulemper: There was a heatwave and no air con meant room was very hot. There was a fan but it didn't do much and was noisy. But it's rare that the weather gets so hot so it wouldn't put me off staying again.

Ulemper: The bedroom (a double) is designed to for one person and was very small, so small that there was barely any space to open a suitcase. One of the beds was too soft.

Fordele: Good hotel, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment. The beds were comfortable and the apartment although compact is a good size for a weekend , it was adequately furnished with a good size fridge, double hob and microwave should you wish to cook, dishwasher and all essential kitchenware was supplied. The staff were helpful and friendly making the hotel inviting and the location was great, accross the road from Holborn station and one stop away from Covent Garden. Would definately recommend and stay again.

It would have been nice to have a small desk and chair somewhere in the room, which I felt sorely missing, particularly as I was traveling for work and had no where to sit and do work or emails. It was fine in terms of comfort other than that, but again very little room to move around.

Vi var nødt til at tage dynen og sted, hvis under den tynde madras dække for enhver polstring overhovedet. Virkelig bare et hårdt sæt boxfjedre med et betræk, ingen madras overhovedet.

Ulemper: The bed was really very uncomfortable. The mattress was really hard. I may as well have slept on the floor. Not happy at all. I have a bad back. I also didn’t like the wooden steps down to the bed area. It’s a hazard even with the sensor lights and not comfortable to step on barefoot when I need the bathroom in the middle of the night.
