Fordele: Pretty much everything. I can't fault them on anything. Loved every aspect of our stay.

Fordele: Terrific. Came here for partner's birthday and there was a cake waiting for us in room with her name in icing! Also, the view was exceptional. Could see right over Hyde Park, London Eye, Shard etc.

Fordele: Check in was incredibly smooth with no stress at all, the room was immaculately clean with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The breakfast was phenomenally tasty as well with room service top notch as well.

Fordele: Very professional hotel - a very business feel. Staff great, all good.

Ulemper: I don't know why English hotels do stays without breakfast ! Look at how the Irish hotels do it. Adding breakfast at 30 pounds is a real turn off ! No buffet breakfast in the world could cost that to supply? Maybe look at this to be a little different.

Ulemper: Brilliant accommodation and close to Paddington and Hyde park. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Ulemper: The reception and welcome is 5 star but the rooms are nowhere near. More like a 3 star if I am honest. Breakfast didn’t blow me away either.

Fordele: Best features of this hotel: convenient location; fine breakfast buffet; quiet.

Ulemper: Single room is truly tiny. No space even for a comfortable chair, only a small bench. Spotless bathroom, but no hot water in the basin - at best luke warm. Duvet provided too warm for the season, so despite the airconditioning, slept very poorly. Counted four mirrors in my little room, but no artwork at all. No artwork anywhere to be seen in the hotel lobby, or the dining room. Strangely blank and characterless environment filled only with dark wood veneer and leatherette furniture, and reflections of yourself in mirrors, glass doors, and polished floors.

Fordele: Proximity to Paddington station, although small the room it was well equipped

Ulemper: The green light above the door, I assume is for fire safety, but it is large and lights the entire room at night, its excessive given the bed is less than a metre from the door. It was noisy as the upstairs guests could be heard walking about their room and so too the next door guests can be heard talking. The walls must be very thin but disruptive to a good nights sleep. I mistakenly pressed an electronic button that had a couple of zzz's on it, thinking this would switch off all the lights. Instead this is a button to show no housekeeping so my room was not cleaned the following day. Rather confusing and not well explained. Barring one member of staff at reception, the rest were rather unfriendly. No one bothered to assist me lifting my luggage down the stairs when I was leaving. I paid in cash for my breakfast as it was not reflected on my bill as yet when checking out. I have since discovered an additional GBP10.95 debited to my account for a very meagre croissant, fruit and weak tea, despite already having paid for it. I have emailed the hotel to notify them but this was not reversed and I have had no correspondence via booking.com

Ulemper: The single room was very small, but ok. As was the bathroom, but there was nowhere to put toiletries due to a huge sink which took up most of the space.

Fordele: It is exceptionally clean and had good location. Hotel staff very courteous and friendly. I enjoyed my stay for a couple of days.

Ulemper: Means of communicating with staff of the hotel from the rooms is poor. For instance I could not get in touch with restaurant and laundry easily until I got to the front desk.

Fordele: Superb location! We stayed in a triple room, it was very spacious for London

Fordele: The location was convenient and near the bus stops and Gloucester Station. Hospitality and service of staff were great!

Ulemper: I'm very particular with cleanliness. I was just a bit bothered by the molds in the corner of the shower area. But maybe that's just me.

Ulemper: No mirror above dressing table, only mirror in n room was mostly blocked by curtain and dressing table. Also unable to get bar snacks at 3pm, only option given was afternoon tea.

Fordele: Great friendliness. Loved our room, very spacious and modern decor. The concierge gave us a great dinner recommendation and we loved the place they sent us to.

Ulemper: The staff were super friendly but could have duplicated our requests a bit better. For example, we broke a glass (our fault) and asked for it to be cleaned and 6 hours later it wasn't and we had to ask again. We asked for a cab to the airport for 2 large suitcases, 2 medium suitcases and 2 passengers, and two cabs showed up thinking we had 6 pieces of luggage. Otherwise, they were great and friendly.

Fordele: Nice loacation, pleasant staff, and air conditioning!

Ulemper: The noise from surrounding rooms was excessive and the room was extremely small. The bed squeaked but was comfortable and it would be impossible for more than one person to navigate in the bathroom for sure.

Fordele: Good location, close to transportation and museums. Good AC, friendly staff

Ulemper: Wi-Fi did not work in the room for all the 15 days we where there. Refrigerator was not working properly, but they replaced it towards the end of our stay

Ulemper: I did not like that I noticed a patch of blood on the mattress pad on the bed. I left a note for the staff and the mattress pad was changed.

Fordele: my self and my sister were taking in the proms and party in the park the hotel was in easy walking distance with loads of facilities outside the hotel bars cafes supermarkets etc.

Ulemper: having a room in the basement!!! it was quite claustrophobic, couldn't have spent much time in our room because of its position. "the dungeons"

Fordele: Stayed for one night after arriving from a 24 hour flight. I requested a quiet room which I was given. Explored the area a little and found lots of lovely eaterys and pubs close by. Nice coffee pod machine in lobby for guests was appreciated. Staff were kind and helpful- yes, if staying in London, I would book again. Easy access to Paddington station- it's a moderate 10-15min walk, but lovely to see the beautiful potted flowers and gorgeous bulidings on our stroll. Metro(underground) and busses also easliy accessable. I found it really expensive for single trips on the Metro, so invest in a Oyster card if staying for more than one day.

Ulemper: The hotel was misrepresented. Stated it had an airport shuttle which it did not. That was the only reason that I booked it. The room was dirty and unsafe. The staff was not helpful.

Ulemper: We had to wait 7 minutes to check in while the only receptionist was on the phone giving advice about London to someone who was not even booking. He should have apologised to the caller and finished the call.

Fordele: Very friendly staff. The location is great: less than ten minutes walk from Paddington, and very close to Hyde Park, so really convenient if you want to go for a morning walk in Hyde Park, or just in the neighborhood.

Ulemper: Room was way too small, especially around the bed. The bathroom was tiny. Not enough space to say that it was a deluxe for our anniversary. Disappointed. Overpriced for 1 night. Stayed in better rooms for less money in London.Won’t be staying here again.

Fordele: Hotellet ligger i et godt område med flere restauranter, caféer og dagligvarer butikker. Det er tæt på parker og underground station. På trods af sit størrelse havde værelset gode faciliteter og et lækkert nyistandsat badeværelse.

Fordele: Reception staff couldn't do enough to help you. Small boutique hotel providing an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Central London. Outdoor terraces to take breakfast, coffee and drinks.

Ulemper: A couple of the waiting staff appeared a little hurried in their service. We also were asked to pay for breakfast before it had arrived!

Fordele: Dejligt værelse - vi valgte et clubroom. Personalet meget imødekommende og serviceminded. Beliggenheden er super i forhold til Heathrow og destinationer rundt om i London.
