The bed was so comfortable and the food was good The heat was not on in the room before we arrived so found it a little chilly at first. Improvements could be made with the breakfast!
The quiet, but mostly the staff- your best asset! Attention to the practical use of the spa- no place to hang bathrobes towels, jacuzzi at top of steps, towels stored at bottom with as above nowhere to hang bathrobe. Changing room toilet seat broken and placed on floor, toilet roll poor quality. Simple issues but speak volumes.
Training of waiting staff in restaurant
The Food Was good Except for totally getting the order wrong on our second night. Not worth at 4 Star Rating. The Room was Far too small, the bathroom was so dark, lighting was very bad in the room. the bed was two singles beds stuck together. the bar had no atmosphere. Not much to do in the hotel. dissapointing for what we paid. Not many channels on the TV. No Fridge in the room or bathrobes.
Help and friendly attitude of the Staff The lighting arrangement in the Bedroom.
nice, modern too noisy
Its a nice clean modern hotel The Rooms and bathroom are very dark !
The bright breakfast dining room and the number of staff on hand. The room was a bit dark with lighting not in the right places.Very dark panelling , you couldn't see into the wardrobe where the tea and safe facilities were. No lights nearby.
This is from mrs lynn MCCREADY:It felt like home from home to me. The only reason I did not put it in the "luxury" category is that we have experienced the term "luxury" in Dubai, they truly are luxury albeit "over the top". For Ireland, your hotel certainly does have those touches. It certainly is the category and group of hotel I prefer. The soundproofing. The rooms on the front of the hotel, overlooking the lake are subject to "boom boom boom" from the nightclub in the evenings. It would be a good idea if one of your senior managers could actually be present in one of those rooms when the nightclub is in full swing.
Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, Breakfast finished at 10:30 on a Sunday
