Quick check-in, room was as booked, good food n the restaurant. The chef should learn how to make real barbequed spareribs, not just cooked ribs with brown sauce
Friendly staff- Room was not prepared, at late arrival due to o versight but they upgraded to a junior suite without hesitatition Prices in rfor room and restaurant are very high as everywhere in Norway
Nice rooms and a marvellous view. The breakfast could have been excellent - if it had only been there. I travel a lot but have never experinced anything like this; when I came down to breakfast there were almost no food left. And while I waited for some eggs they even got out of bread and cutlery. And the ones who worked there were extreemly slow; after I got my eggs they were all cold before I got the bacon because they used so long time. But once I got the food, it was of good quality. The aircondition is centalized and only works when they want it to, so it was very warm in the room.
we appreciated the position at the very end of the fiord, facing the bay (despite the commercial harbour on the right side). the rooms are well furnished, with a balcony and a very well designed bathroom. breakfast isn't at scandinavian level -
