The price was good, the staff was friendly and attentive. It's very old and not too appealing. They are going through construction too, so it may look better once that is completed. When we were there the second day we lost cable connection. Not a huge deal, but kind of stinks. We also had an old fashion TV, don't expect any upgrades or updates with this date hotel.

The continental breakfast was OK. However, could have had blueberries and bananas to put on the waffles. Clerks never smiled. They appeared to not like their job. They just went through the motions. Bathroom was not cleaned well. Long hair and cheetos on floor. Soap scum on counter top. Tub drain clogged. Bathroom sink drain slow.
Good location Good price Room service didn't bang on my door at 6am. Wifi in the part of the hotel I was in was pretty much no functional. Patio door on the ground floor had seen some better days. Room was clean. No sign of bedbugs or roaches, but did spot a house centipede near the above mentioned patio door.
We had made a mistake with our online reservation and the hotel manager helped us to resolve it. The TV needs to be mounted a little higher on the wall

Decent room and wifi Staff guy was very rude and then waved at my girlfriend with extremely offensive comment to me after I booked my room with credit card he waited to wave at my girlfriend after we parked never will I go back or suggest anyone to go back for that reason
Number: Message: We are at the Hudson Valley Hotel which we booked thru u for 2 nights. Last night they had a wedding here and the music and vibrations lasted till midnight if the hotel new this why put us in room (107) which was directly across on the ground level where our room was. I just went to front desk to complain and she said what did u want us to do it was an $8000 wedding, I said u should have advised us and pout us in a room farther away. To add insult to injury we got up 1 hour earlier because the clock was wrong, the hair dryer was broken no TV channel guilders pen paper this is a No Frills hotel. When I asked what they could do to take something off the bill she said that's what u get for booking thru Expedia. I am thinking of never using u again if this is what happens not booking directly

I liked that theres a pool out side it was good for the kids and breakfast.potential offer of the sausage or bacon with your eggs Not enough chairs around the pool this should be a microwave in the room so you don't have to go back and forth the lobby

Great rate for a clean room No frills
Good for a brief stay - just your basic drive in motel. Nothing outstanding, but no real shortcomings either. Sort of a weird floor plan (lots of short stair cases), but is only a problem if you have mobility issues.
Got a band aide from the front desk Dirty, can't explain the feeling of pulling down bedding and having who knows what on the sheets. ..thankful my wife looked, very bad smell to room. Had to change rooms after getting in late and carrying up luggage 2 flight of stairs. ..should had just slept in car
Close to NYS Thruway Lots of steps
You can't beat the location. The staff is always very accommodating and the rooms are always clean, but the beds and pillows are not particularly comfortable. But for the price, you make some allowances.
No elevator and security doors work intermittently.

My room was a complete dump. Ripped wallpaper, bathroom towel rack broken, Chrome kleenex holder fell off the wall when I touched it. My friend said his room was completely different, and was nice.
Nothing The service I booked a room for three days on my second day they cut the phone off I couldn't make local calls. The service was garbage I give them a rating of zero

Cleanliness, helpfulness and very nice staff, our room was very comfortable, loved the indoor pool and hot tub, close to the parkway and Newburgh airport, location is great not far from restaurants, fast food and gas stations. The price was JUST RIGHT! I didn't like how the food area was only open during certain times.
The location was good. It was quiet No TV for 4 days out of 6, no refrigerator like other rooms had, twice we had no hot water, continental breakfast sucked, toast, cereal, and frozen waffles and at 9 AM it was gone so heaven forbid you slept in a bit.
The staff was great and very helpful. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The room accommodations were sorely lacking. The room was damp and had a very musty smell. The curtains and blanket on the bed had holes in it. The mirror fell off the wall within the first hour of us getting into the hotel room. We originally booked a 2-night stay and stayed only 1 night because we were too tired to change hotels after we checked in late in the day. The hotel is in dire need of a complete renovation because the facility is quite old.

The breakfast was better than I had hoped for. Room access was through the exterior perimeter of the facility. Main area of hotel was very dark and guest room was in need of updating If not total renovation. Should be sold to a Ramada Four Points Franchisee and updated. The Ramada down the block is just fractionally superior.It kind of sucks as well.
The gentleman who checked us in, was a total sweetheart. He was helpful, understanding, and very professional while still holding a warm tone. He helped my family and I know where each other were, and he was genuinely sweet. Thank you so much!
the bed was comfortable, liked the flat-screen tv, fridge, and microwave. hairs left in she shower, a couple hairs in bed too.
The staff at the front desk was very friendly and accomodating. The location was good for my needs. The facility was very large but we were still able to park near our room. We had no hot water and had to contact the front desk and were told the hot water heater had to be reset. the room smelled sweaty like the sheets hadn't been cleaned I was slighty intimidated about sleeping in them.
Was in a first floor room near the reception desk. A lot of banging late at night that could have been guests in floor above. Confusion about whether or not there is an airport shuttle.
The room was clean and did not smell. It was spacious and even had a fridge/microwave combo. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. The air conditioner worked just fine and we enjoyed our relaxing evening in after a long day's drive and anticipating another one the next day. The ice machine didn't work but I can understand how that happens. However this facility has both smoking and non-smoking rooms. The hallways, lobby, and breakfast area smell disgustingly like a stale ashtray. I was terrified walking to our room that it was going to smell like that because there was no way we'd be staying if it did. Luckily the room smelling nothing like the hallway and we stayed but they really need to do something about it. I couldn't even stay to eat where there were a few tables because it was smelled so heavily of stale cigarettes.
