Smelled horrible. Grime on floors. Crackheads fighting in other rooms
I was impressed rooms extremely ckean. Hotel personal very pleasant. Nice hotel for your money. Needs an updated ice machine does not look very clean and ice comes out watery.
Rooms are very clean
The bed was very comfortable. The first night there I walked out of the elevator into a huge cloud of pot smoke and several highly intoxicated people running and yelling in the hallway. As my stay progressed I learned that those "guests" had actually been living there in the hotel for some time. The staff did nothing to take control of the situation. Furthermore, in the evenings, there were several people just hanging around outside the buildings... I felt very uncomfortable any time that I had to go out to my car or to dinner...
El tamaño de las habitaciones, limpieza y comodidad de las camas. No controlan el fumado de marihuana en las habitaciones, al menos en el 6to piso. Desayuno poco suculento.
Nothing It was a pimp hotel , drug house! They had about 5 pimps and hoes all night in the lobby the housekeepers are rude they barely clean and want you to leave the room so they can put the SAME sheets on the bed sweep and lift the toilet seat up so You think they did something NEVER AGIN
It was located a few miles from my shool, which was a big plus for me. Parking lot in front of the hotel. That is about it. Internet service was very inconsistent and slow throughout my stay (and I stayed there for 5 days). Water pressure in the shower - weak, while the temperature of the water was flactuating during my shower. The sheets barely fit the bed and would consistently come out, which was annoying to me personally. Choice of TV channels is poor. No ESPN. The little fridge in the room barely keeps things cold. Cooler and ice did a better job for me. Bottom line is that it is a relatively cheap place to stay. A roof over yournhead and a bed to sleep on. That is it. And be ready to do a lot if sacrifices.
The breakfast wasn't too bad my kids enjoyed it. There were random people alway hanging around in the lobby and out in the parking lot. I'm assuming that they live there. Each morning it would smell like weed in the bathroom I don't know if the people next to me were smoking it or what.
The hotel is well located, but has an unpleasant odor. With some problems in the bathroom which were then fixing. On the other all right
Olía a mariguana
Decent wifi. Room was comfortable and quiet The room seemed a bit old. Could use refurbishment. The extractor in the bathroom wasn't working
Housekeeping was accommodating. Location/neighborhood. Safety is not on my list.
They aré remodeling all the hotel, so all services and features are not available
Pool area is fantastic, beachfront hotel and staff were accomodating and most of them freindly. very expensive to buy anything at the hotel. Room was not perfect but the beach view was memorable!! Worth the extra $$. There was no free wifi even with the pricy room! not acceptable these days.
Love the pool and the view of the beach! Everything was clean! Couldn't take food outside to the pool or a cooler. Security guards were annoying on that.
Worst cell and internet reception
Pretty location and the facilities are nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff and operations were a hot mess. Ownership has changed and it was as if every employee there was on their last day of work. The checkin was a mess, the billing was wrong three times, the beach was nearly impossible to get help with chairs etc. the place is on a steady decline. Find somewhere else to stay for that kind of money unless they get their act together. We recommend the Palms in Miami beach! Same price but 1000% better on customer service and style.
Location of the hotel is great, beautiful pool and patio, Great staff overall. The hotel is under heavy construction switching from Westin to Hilton So if you like the sound of pile drivers at 6h00am every morning.... Nothing was told or specified when we made our reservation that the hotel was a construction site!!! Not professional at all!
Excellent pool bar service! Rivals sports bar service on both visits was BRUTAL! Stay at the other bars on property or go somewhere else. You will be glad you did.
THE beach, the room, the lobby I was charged for everything! Even charged for receiving a delivery package. At the end, it ended up being a very expensive hotel.
The location and beach access. Hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Construction didn't take away from beauty of hotel. The resort fees. Just include in price up front.
Nice people and when things weren't right they made it right.
Excellent location, very nice pools and grounds, nice bathroom and comfortable beds, good TV selection, wonderful beach. Part of the hotel is under renovation and we could not go outside to our balcony. They were all locked and dirty from the reconstruction. We have stayed here about 5 yrs ago and everything was perfect. Everything is still very well kept ,but the hotel is starting to show signs of wear. So, the renovation is on time. Finish date is Fall 2016. I can't wait to see it. We will be back. Hotel very crowded and busy this holiday weekend.
The sense of continuity -- this is an old-school timeshare condo, in contrast to the giant glitzy high rises around it. Relaxing and unpretentious rather than glamorous. Surface parking instead of valet. Access to the gorgeous beach and a nice swimming pool. Grounds are nicely landscaped. A lot of businesses within easy walking distance, including restaurants, bakeries, drugstores, etc. Nicely equipped kitchen so you can actually buy groceries and eat there instead of going out all the time. Layout of the unit was a bit odd -- mainly, the bathroom was difficult to navigate since the door had less than an inch of clearance in front of the toilet, and there wasn't really enough room to hang up towels. Our coffeemaker blew up when we tried to use it, though the maintenance staff was very prompt in replacing it. The exterior trim of the buildings -- doors, windowframes, railings -- looks a little battered.
Location The hard bed, tiny handheld showerhead, no main showerhead, the front desk would not let me check out late - I ran a marathon and would have loved to come back to the hotel and shower before my flight instead of having to wait until getting home. Rude staff - they knocked on my door early in the morning 1 day before my check out day and asked if I was checking out. Never will return!
Leaving. The lobby was fairly presentable. The maintenance man seemed nice. From the beginning, nothing matched our expectations. The place looks NOTHING like the picture above. The area is beautiful, the property's sign only has Days Inn visible so that we drove past it at first. When we finally made it into the "valet" stand" the person slouching there in uniform ignored us for five minutes even tho he was 3 feet away. When I finally lost patience and asked him for help he looked at me as if I had two heads. His colleague then showed up and together they explained that I needed to go to the front desk and check in first. I went inside and the clerk was on the phone berating a customer. When she eventually acknowledged my existence beyond rolling her eyes at the person she was speaking to. I went up to the room with my wife in the tiny elevator and the ancient stained carpet, dirty stained walls, sagging beds and moldy refrigerator were so repellent that we immediately asked for a refund. We got none. To add insult to injury, the valet refused to get our car, instead he just gave the key to my wife and then tried to prevent us from leaving. Our experience was horrible; the disgusting pigsty room, the vile, foul mannered, hostile staff, and the property's has the general ambience of a crime scene from a TV police show. Ick
Was not hit with all the secret fees that Miami hotels are famous for. Honest, clean and consistent with what was promised.
They were booked out. We could not stay there. Very unfriendly.
Location is excellent with great access to public transport, shops, food / restaurants. The room and hotel is old but was clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a high end hotel this isn't for you. If you want value a great Base with clean accommodation you will love it. It can be busy at weekends with a lively local following
The waterfront location is great and can't beat the price. The hotel itself is old and not lux at all, mostly families staying there. There's nice tiki huts you can rent on the sand and a restaurant with decent pizza and burgers and a small bar ($11 for 2 beers). It's ok as far as cleanliness but don't expect too much from the staff, it was hard to get extra towels. I was charged an extra $70 on top of my reservation for $12/day self parking, and a $13/day resort fee, and a $23 room upgrade for a kitchenette. I wouldn't have minded if it wasn't that we practically had to beg for extra towels and the pool was always so dirty I didn't want to let my 7 year old go in it.
Construction next door
good location. walls very thin; construction noise next door. wifi was spotty
Nothing Beds were very uncomfortable and we never had warm water water pressure was horrible and I found cockroaches in my room
Excellent location and very nice hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. A bit pricey to eat at the hotel.
Elizabeth the front desk person was excellent room was not ready at check in. location.. no beach access
The staff here were great, especially the cleaning crew. I did not like paying $17 a day to park my own car.
The pool area is very nice & it overlooks the intercoastal waterway. Cool little Tiki Bar and wonderful staff. I do not think it was clear the beach is not any easy walk from Resort and you can barely see ocean, ocean view rooms, very misleading. If I stayed there again, I would stay in a room that overlooked pool area/sound side. If you are not an beach/ocean lover, it would be a great place for you.
The staff was super friendly, they recognized me by name every time I walked in the hotel. It was just a girlfriend and I staying here during our college spring break and we felt extremely safe while staying here which is important for a couple of females when in a place they have never been before. The pool area was somewhere we hadn't planned on using much since the beach is so close but we had some windier days while visiting so the pool was the perfect solution since it's more protected from the wind. The hotel is only a short walking distance from the boardwalk, restaurants, and Walmart so you have lots of stuff right close by if you don't have a car and don't want to pay for a cab. The hotel is also one of the stops for the water taxi so that can also get you most of the places along the board walk using that. The $18 self parking fee per night was kind of ridiculous to me. I loved the fact that it had a security gate although people could still walk past it. The self parking area didn't have a side entrance so you had to walk back around to the front of the hotel which wasn't that far of a walk but what bothered me the most is it wasn't well lit area. Other than that though, we had an overall great stay!
The room was spacious and clean. I also liked that there was an exercise facility on site. I was attending a conference at the Westin and the Crowne Plaza was very close to that (walking distance) and the cost was half the money.
Across the road from the beach. Room was clean. The pool on the waterfront was cool. Water taxi came to the hotel and was only $26 for an all day pass. The noise from the elevator. Only 3 doors down but still was quite loud. Area was away from the bars and restaurants. Needed to get an taxi to most places.
Very clean room. Very helpfull staff. Beach is across the street. Great location to restaurants.
Very big rooms. Each room has a balcony & a kitchen
Approx. 300 meters to the beach, nice pool area and situated to a "river" with a very nice view from our room. Rooms are large.
The rooms were great Paying 25 bucks to valet everyday was ridiculous.
Good for the Money to much noise from neighbor rooms
Went out and had a truly disgusting meal at a nearby Italian restaurant then went to bed. Air conditioning units were very noisy
Proximity No parking smelly room hot water don't work
Very good shuttle service to and from the airport and the pier. The breakfast was also ok. ok
we really enjoyed the secure privacy, the continetal breakfast was good a little fruit added would clasified it as excellent.fhanks no
I stayed there as my connecting flight was a day later. Free Airport-Shuttle. The hotel was nothing special, but great for the price. Everything seemed to be clean. Would stay there again.
It had everything we needed. Was walking distance to a good Italian restaurant and a diner. The bed spreads. They had made a good effot with the decor, butth e spreads were dingy.
The hotel is relatively near the airport and the cruise port terminal and runs a free shuttle to both. It has a very run down feeling about it - rather miserable and dark in the rooms with little lighting. Bathroom very dated.
The people were friendly. The door opened out instead of in. The soda/water machine was not filled.
My room was nice, clean, and the beds were comfy. The Staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. This was a convenient location and the price was right for my needs. The Local Mom and Pop restaurants are within walking distances. The ones that I tried were great! Also, very clean, nice, friendly and affordable. This is also on a bus line to the Circle, Mall, Shopping Centers, and Beaches. I would stay there again.
the staff was very helpful & location was great ! The carpet in the room was disgusting = REPLACE!
1 block off Hollywood Boulevard and tons of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. 1 block from Arts Park. Noisy - Tiki bar is open late and is in the center of the courtyard so all rooms are exposed to the bar noise. Rooms clean but very old, esp. bathrooms.
Location. The hotel was run down. Room AC didn't work. Asked 4 it to b fixed, still didn't work.
free breakfast :) the whole breakfast should be everything until stop time. the cook stops 30 mins before stop time and when we went down i guess we missed out of pancakes and eggs and possibly bacon and sausage. :(
not much I didn't like that when I arrived they would not let me check in because I did not have my credit card with me...even though it had been given on line when I placed the reservation and was confirmed. They had no problem billing me for the room as a no show after refusing check in. That sucks.
Pool area and tiki bar were a good place to hang out, workout room was sufficient, long breakfast hours (6-10) and good food. Access to Hollywood boulevard was great for finding places to eat before and after our cruise. They have a great transportation service that will get you to and from the airport or port everglades for $10 a person, ask at the front desk. they handled our group of 11 people and luggage with no problem. Someone had kids up around the pool until about 11pm, not the hotel's fault but beware a nice pool area and an atrium that all rooms face can lead to noise that may keep you up.
housekeeping staff absolutely polite and responsive my reservation was not there when I got there so he could not honor the rates I had initially. He also shortchanged me and would not budge. So, I had no choice to just accept the fact that I was short changed and online reservation rates not honored because he said so. Very unprofessional.
Convenience to Dolphin Stadium. Did not honor reservation confirmed by booking.com and was given only available room, which was a smoking room. Room smelled, had burn stains on carpet, soiled draperies, and in shower was a used wet washcloth. Front desk staff was not very customer friendly.
Location is ideal. Staff nice and great service. They let peopl smoke outside the rooms and in front of the lobby at breakfast time. Stairs had lots of smoke ash and had to take breakfast to room so I do not inhale second hand smoke.
The room was clean. Was told that I had to pay a $50 deposit upon check-in. I have never had this request before and was uncomfortable with it. If I had not pre-paid, I would have walked out at that point. The check in staff was going to make a photocopy of my credit card until I stopped them. This is not a very secure way of doing business. Poor value for price. Not a great part of town. At night, the office is closed, but there is a strange glass window that the employee sits behind. Seems kind of sketchy! Was asked to pay $20 to check in early. Seems a bit excessive.
The staff make you fell at home. Very friendly! Thanks for everything!
The location of the hotel was good, convenient. The staff was excellent always ready to help. We also liked the fact that we could do our own laundry. Although the room is quite large, the size of the bathroom is much too small: it's like they didn't plan on putting in a toilet bowl, then added it next to tub in a space of approximately two feet wide - one shoulder touches the wall while the other touches the shower curtain... Also, the rooms (we visited 2 of them) were musty and humid. The smell was that of a wet carpet.
We were attending a NFL game and the location was great. We were able to access local transportation right outside the door of the hotel. It was very easy to find our way to the game and back with little difficulty or extra expense for cabs etc. There were several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately there were several annoying aspects to our stay. This was an older hotel that had a "facelift". While the rooms were comfortable there were several cosmetic touches that did not work, particularly in the shower! Black holes near corners in baseboards looked like mould, as well as most of the caulking. Our telephone did not work, which was reported and not repaired during our 2 night stay. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. No eggs, fresh fruit or yogurt! If you like waffles you were in luck!
Our group of 12 guys went down for the Jets v Miami football game 11/4-7. The staff and facilities were top notch. The pool area was small but nice. The location can't be beat, right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, steps from the beach. Everything you need for your stay is in walking distance. Fly into FLL and 15 minutes late and $13 shared cab ride later you are enjoying everything South Florida has to offer.
Absolutely nothing. No air conditioning, ino ice, desk personnel Registered in two adjacent rooms, 239 and 240. Total 4 adults and one 2 year child. Air conditioning useless. No ice in ice machine. Water leaking at base of toilet. Solution was spread towels on floor until the proper wrench could be found on next day. After additional compaining, relocated to different room with fair air conditioning (room 259). Due to heat in second room, all 5 guests moved to the relocated room. Result 5 guests in one room and paid for 2 rooms. Relocated room, 259, had exposed and loose electrical outlet. High risk for 2 year old. Music played past 4:00 a.m. in adjacent guest room.
Nice staff, good breakfast and location (right by the beach). I sometimes stay at the Travelodge and this one was really disappointing compared to the others. TV not working; water leaking in the bathroom; no possibility to shut down the AC (ended up catching a cold); cleanliness of the room could be better.
Right on a beach very old
Nothing Rooms dirty. They never did housekeeping. You would have to go to the lobby to pick up your towels and soap. This place is dirty and low class
Courtesy shuttle , pool bar open until midnight Crappy breakfast included,
Great pick up from air port and organized shuttles to cruise port, breakfast hot and cold Room smelled stale, door barely shut, long walk to room from front desk
The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The poor organization of the shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port.
The Tiki bar & airport shuttle. This hotel was fine for the price & what I needed - one night to catch a flight the following day. My tub dripped but there was a door to the tub/toilet so I just shut it.
Love the location and cery friendly staff.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was very pleased with the shuttle from the airport and to the cruise port. Everyone was very accommodating. Breakfast was a bit hectic. It was nice to have a free breakfast, but too many people crammed into a small space.
The free shuttle was great. Very convenient and on time. Just call hotel, and arrival time for shuttle is within 10 min. Small bar onsite. Kim was very friendly and helped us order takeout for ourselves at the bar. Friendly desk staff, and great shuttle service. Rooms are clean, showers work well. Would stay there again, when flying into Ft. Lauderdale.
not clean and needs serious updating
The only thing good about this place was the staff Rooms dirty, furniture was broken or coming a part. Trash cans were full the night we checked in and wasn't emptyed the morning we left. Lesson learned if you book with Kayak make sure you know the quality of the hotel yourself. Don't rely on their BS reviews. I also learned Kayak doesn't reimburse me for early checkout which is total BS because I relyed on their reviews when booking this hotel. I will not use kayak again.
Airport shuttle everything else
Excelent location, clean room and bathroom. Over priced, the hotel isold, the door needs repair, the bathroom door has to be changed, it started to exfoliate
This hotel was very handy for getting from the airport and on to our cruise the next day. We stayed here 3 nights after our cruise, it was not convienient for getting around. We used taxis and it got very expensive, we should have rented a car. The front desk staff rarely smiled and always seemed too busy.
in need of refurbishment
The confortable bed and sheets. The bath ameneties and the variety of the breakfast.
The convenience of access to the Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport Our room was booked as a non smoking king suite, however it smelled like smoke so we were moved to a non smoking king room, we were not given a price break for the lesser room.
Hotel is very clean and the people are very friendly. This was my 2nd stay at the hotel. The wait time to be picked up at the airport was over 45 ninutes, considering it was a thursday evening
airport shuttle, free wifi, comfortable bed, free breakfast, good value overall for an unexpected overnight in FLL room smelled like cleaning chemicals when we arrived
Staff was friendly and willing to help when needed. Hotel is tired. Time for an update.
They probably had the best continental breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The elevators seem like they're one fat person away from breaking down.
The front desk personel were great. Very nice. The room and contintal breakfast were good. Over all a nice place to stay. Would come back
The convince to the airport and the cruise terminal The shuttle bus driver taking us to the port every third word from his mouth was about why he should get a tip and how much. He said one driver picks his route on what he feels will give bigger tips.on the pick up at the airport it took a long time to be picked up after we called
The hotel staff acted like high school drop-outs, clueless. There was only one girl who held the team together, Andrea, I believe her name was - she was the only sensible one, and was able to correct the problems I have noted below. The disorganization of the hotel staff. They first gave me a room that was already occupied, then another which had blood/ketchup stains on the comforter, before finally getting a clean room with no one else in it. In addition the pool was not maintained well, and I had to go to 4 different vending machines on 4 different floors before finding one that wasn't out of bottled water. If your going to stay at this hotel make sure its on the 5th or 6th floor - these are the newly remodeled rooms.
I liked the staff very much. The location and pool were great. I stayed in multiple rooms and each were falling apart. The rooms need major work.
Shuttle service great. Staff friendly
Close to the airport and free shuttle (see comment about negatives). I was only transitting for 8 hours overnight, so the hotel served it's purpose. Free breakfast, although I left too early to eat this. The girl at the front desk forgot to tell me I needed to get on the Holiday Inn bus at the airport so I waited for over an hour for a Days Inn that obviously never arrived. However, she gave me a better room for my trouble. The hotel itself was on a major road and therefore there was a bit of noise from the passing traffic. It is also near a major hospital so most of the guests I saw were family of people in hospital.
The staff were great!
Shuttle service to and from the Hotel very good. Staff allowed us to check in early. Continental breakfast was very good and available for a long time. Convenient cafe next door for meals.
The staff was very helpful and gracious. We especially liked the young woman who was working at the desk. The hotel was very convenient for our cruise trip and shuttled us from the airport and to the ship. I was surprised by additional taxes added onto the bill.
No trouble checking in. We slept a little late, and checked out late and nobody complained. The shuttle to the Port Everglades cruise ship terminal was busy, and the driver made special arrangements to get a second shuttle bus to get us to the ship.
Nice location, full kitchenette. During our five day stay, the staff was unprofessional, apathetic, and at times even rude to us. We did not feel like welcome our valued guests, but rather simply a source of income for them. Being that they are in such a great location and that their rates are reasonable, they probably don't care or have to worry about the service they give...it's unfortunate but true. At least we done have to stay there again, and will not be.
I have stayed here a few times now, it is stones throw from the beach. My experience is that for the money, I have yet to find a better value. I think others mis communicate cleanliness and older. It is clean and sterile. However, the buildings are older and worn but still okay. I would recommend staying. I liked the free Internet. I didn't like that I wasn't invited to the cook out at the pool by a couple of families staying there.
Location, a block from the beach. The room had a terrible weird small and the ad says breakfast is free and included, but that's a lie. There was no breakfast. The wifi was pretty bad too.
chose this location for access to airport/cruiseport and transportation. impressed that upon watching their courtesy van drive right on by us, i phoned front desk and was told to grab a cab and they would pay the tab. also, the room was very clean and updated, nice lobby. with all the cruisers that come through their doors, they do a pretty good job for the price. would use again next year prior to cruise even though one of their two elevators was not in service.
The rooms a little worn but kept clean. The front desk staff was great very attentive. The pool was terrible the hot tub was hot but dirty and it did not work. The pool was clean enough but the bottom cement was all chipping off, cut your feet while walking around. I would stay again because of the location was in walking distance to food and the mall, but would not stay there if traveling with family.
My delayed flight arrived in the wee hours of the morning but they cheerfully sent a shuttle for me even though shuttle hours were technically over. Nice people and great service. This is why I stay at La Quinta Inns.
We arrived at the airport 9pm and the complimentary shuttle had just left the airport and would be 45 minutes before it would return, so the desk clerk told us to take a cab so they didn't want us to wait - they payed including tip. Room was clean, comfortable king bed, (great pillows). The staff was the greatest - most helpful the next day in giving us directions to bus stop, shopping, where to go downtown. Breakfast was the usual fare, did have fresh baked waffles, cereal, muffins, rolls, hard-boiled eggs, fruit - good - free USAToday was nice. TV, microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator in room. Shuttle to cruise port was a plus. (The main reason we stayed was the shuttle) we didn't have to rent a car. They are ready for cruise day with a 19 passenger van pulling a trailer for luggage. Only drawback would be if you were not willing or able to walk and did not have a car. Any restaurants were about 1/2 mile, but we didn't mind. Oakwood shopping was nearby with restaurants a...
Needs remodeling, new rugs or tiles, new beds. The staff and the breakfast service are very good.
Had to pick friends up at the airport and this was a pleasant surprise. Very nice place. Wasn't there too long, but would stay again.
The room was clean. That's the only positive. The toliet was broken and the stopper in the sink was broke. We thought we were getting a 3 star hotel and ennded up in a 1 star or less.
The hotel was old , the toilet and sink had to be repaired and the refrigerator wasn't working. The ice maker was broken on the 6th floor.
We stayed at this hotel 1 night after our cruise. Got a good deal booking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even made phone call to Everglades to get info for us to go see alligator shows. We love the free shuttle from and to airport. Breakfast is ok including bagels, cereal, fruit. Waffel maker is a bonus. Hotel location is close to restaurant/stores. Will stay again.
fresh ,clean, very nice, fairly new well keep.Breakfast was a plus too
Stayed 3 nights - convenient airport 24 hr. transportation. Decent breakfast selection. Room had burn on carpet. Mold in bathroom. Swimming pool had many tiles missing around the sides and cracks in the side - warm water though. Outside pool tables were never clean. Overall we would stay elsewhere if comparable airport service. Expected cleaner, nicer facilities for the price paid.
Was close to airport and port , liked the pool and clean breakfast area
I can not tell you just how horrible our stay was. we were still awake at 9am from the noise in the hall ,the next room was party city. How many whores can fit in a hotel room? even the dirt in the hallways and elevators surprised us. this isn't a hotel on the weekends it is like a sorority house with absolutely no rules and no regard for anyone elses sensibilities. horrible horrible stay.
Too expensive to its level.
I love the enviroment, staff, most resturant & shopping The only thing I dislike on every trip is room service, not the service itself but the food is of poor quaility. I made an inquiry a few trips back and found out it was prepared by The Blue Plate, where I dine after 1am as it was the only one open.....it's horrible!!!
The beds and linens were wonderful in our room. Room service for breakfast was excellent. The pool area is really lovely, both day and night. Rod Stewart's show was excellent. We found the hotel staff, with the exception of security people, were rather "grumpy".and this includes bartenders.
The hotel is a self-contained city...lots of shops and restaurants...the downside was its a casino on Indian property so smoking is allowed----YUCK!
The casino wasgreat (even tho' we lost). Thefood was usually of good value. Our room was niceand the bed was great but itwas almost a mile walk from the elevator and wewerelocked out onASaturday night foralmost an hour!
Nice hotel with a good entertainment Service when we left the room our plane late, they din't help us (only for money) with a shower before we going. We must too the toilet in the casino for other close.
location to sun life stadium staff was rude and room check-in is disfunctional. room should have been ready much sooner than it was.
we only stayed for 2 nights and we really liked the swimming area and the casino the room was just what we wanted we will visit again the next time we are in florida 5 star all the way
