Staff was very friendly. Beds very comfy. Piano bar in lobby piano player sings music more for adult crowd but a lot of fun. Breakfast was minimal. Bread, muffins and bagels seemed store bought not freshly made. Also available was small selection of fruit, cereals and boiled eggs. Coffee and tea obviously but no orange juice only cranberry juice. Location at top of hill could be difficult for less able bodied patrons(no elevator either)
The convenience of location. The friendliness of the staff. The reasonable off season rates. The music from the club in the basement level resonates up through the hotel. Wish there was better sound proofing/ insulation to buffer the noise.
The location was absolutely perfect as it was only a minute walk to the main part of town. The place was very nice and well kept. Would definitely recommend.
Mattress was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. They let me check out a little later and got me an iced coffee after they had put the coffee and breakfast stuff away. Found a great deal for the off season in their smallest room. Location was perfect for proximity to downtown Ptown. It's just a block up from Spiritus Pizza.
My husband and I chose P-Town for our second anniversary destination. Shortly after the reservation was made (we chose Bradford Carver House for the location and price), the owner emailed me to get more information about our arrival. The plan was to get to P-Town just in time for a noon-time whale watch tour, and we stopped at the Bradford first to park our car and stop in and say hi. The owner was super friendly and asked when we would be back, which he actually knew better than we did! When we returned I was pleasantly surprised to find that he had turned up the AC in our room and stocked our fridge with a few water bottles for our comfort. Very thoughtful! Our room was a cozy queen room and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Still practically newlyweds yet wanting to go out and enjoy the town, the Bradford provided a perfect location and atmosphere for our second anniversary in Provincetown.
I liked the location. It was right in the center of Provincetown. You're able to walk anywhere you wanted to go. Also, the hotel has a great little bar called Shipwreck Lounge. The staff was friendly and polite. Everything was fine!
Amazing accommodation ! We will absolutely be returning for another stay in the future.
The room was small but comfortable. The shared bathroom was also tiny, but having a sink in the bedroom meant no waiting for the bath. You can't beat the location, right in the center of town, though still quiet. Owner was pleasant and available. Anybody who has difficulty with a steep staircase should be sure to book one of the downstairs rooms. I had no problem, though.
It was clean, quiet (off the street) and not a major hotel chain. The house is a bit old (you can tell from the construction) and not having parking near the hotel was annoying.
Super friendly, great location, nice breakfast Sharing the bathroom with many
The room was simple and small but clean and private. Location is great, right in Provincetown. Staff was very friendly. Nice to have use of a kitchen. They offer free bikes, too, which wasn't of use to me in December but would be great in warm weather. Parking was a little awkward, though it didn't affect me that much. The pluses far outweigh this one glitch.
The John Randall House was conveniently located a short walk away from Commercial Street. The staff was very accomodating and informative. The common areas were very clean. I was a little apprehensive to share a bathroom, but it was totally fine! Our room was a little small, but to be honest, we were never there, so it didn't really matter.
Courteous staff. Awesome, clean condo. Great location.
Great location and friendly staff, beautiful artwork.
The B&B was clean, well located, well maintained, and had all the necessary items laid out for its guests (towels, soaps, etc.). They were also very helpful with our late check in, leaving keys in the mailbox for us when we arrived at 8:30 p.m. There was an overall lack of staff around. The few people that looked like they worked there (handymen doing general repairs) said 'I don't work here' when we asked basic questions.
Michael the owner is wonderful, friendly, and entertaining! The location can't be beat - you are steps away from all the action on Commercial street, yet can feel miles away when sitting in the secret garden. The rooms are quite small, and the bathroom is down the hall. As long as you know that going in you should be fine! The beds are new, clean, and comfortable. And everything is well maintained.
My husband and I just got back from our one year anniversary weekend-getaway at ptown. Admirals Landing was our first experience in a B&B, and honestly we were a little skeptical at first. We were blown away by how amazing our stay was. Robin and Audrey were amazing hostesses. They were helpful and informed with absolutely anything we had questions with. Breakfast was fresh cooked and delicious. We stayed in room #6, which is very secluded and romantic. It's on the second floor and has it's own private staircase to get there. The steps are steep, but I had no problem and I'm in my second trimester with twins. The room itself was spacious and clean and had a fireplace and a private bathroom. The location is great as everything is walking distance! We HIGHLY recommend this B&B!
Perfectly located in the center of town, fast walk to all the things most people love about Provincetown: shopping, good eats and the ever pleasant trek to/across the jetty. Parking was scarce, but walking was easy! No car needed when you stay in town.
