a big supermaket nearby, facility of the room is new and clean. But the location is not good enough to find even the hotel offers free shuttle bus from the metrol station. The shuttle bus does not runs all day long, it runs in the morning till 10:30am and the evening from about 5pm to 9:30pm.
The staff was very accommodating. They helped us figure out how to get to the center of Roma. The hotel was very far if you are trying to get the most out of Roma. Besides that it was clean and well put together.
it is a new hotel, rooms are nice and comfortable, good place to rest after sight seeing, good value for the money location - (but it was not a surprise), lack of a tea/coffee maker (although it is mentioned in the room description), lack of an internet point for quests (however it is possible to use one in another hotel close to Idea), lack of vegetables for breakfast (there were some only once in four days)
free internet on lobby, new modern hotel, excellent breakfast maybe distance from downtown (center), shuttle buss to small
Very nice design, minimalistic style ,parking area The room was beautifull but very small. no wifi in the room only near the reception
A cool, italian-style design place. State-of-the-art rooms for this category. Good variety of breakfast. En face auchan Supermarket - brillant for budget travellers who like to picnic during day or night or a bottle of good wine for extremely low prices. Good windows - we had no noise despite the building site, the big street and the Supermarket - still they can be opened a bit for "real air". Don't forget to place "do not disturb" hanger! With it, they'll only break in about twice for cleaning... When you finally let them, they'll usually forget one or two things - take it as the Romans do... The Hotel is located on the outskirts - yes. But: Walk to the Tram is only approx. 15 Min. (down "Via Collatina") we did not mind, there is a fab pizzeria half way, a free shuttle runs about 5 Times before noon and in again in the evening. Takes you to the Metro (approx. 15 Min. to Main Station downtown). Sum up the hassle and go to "Bicci & Bacci" near Termini Station to rent a scooter - that increases the fun of the Hotel and of Rome by 300%. You'll get a broader picture of Rome and a day packed with good adrenalin comes with it for free!
The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and clean & the breakfast was excellent. Some reception staff could do with updating their customer services / welcoming skills and undertake training in not arguing with paying guests.
The hotel is modern and clean and the staff is very helpful. Worth the money paid Тhе hotel staff speak very bed English
in my case credit card was not availadle. I guess it was hoax, bad location, difficult to reach from city
good breakfast recently opened and not still fully organized
nice hotel to fare of matro station to city center, and city texi very expensive and good worth to stay there but outside of city center and more less good, breakfast iteams very good and enjoying family, need of guidence of in english like matro station and bus stop nothing
Hotel facilities were good….I must say Shuttle drivers were excellent in their behaviour and quite helpful Unfortunately not much professional attitude at the reception desk was found
Tidy, friendly staff Internet/tv facilities, only Italian, expensive; Poor connection to bus/metro
Friendly and helpful staff extra for TV. Miles from anywhere/location. Internet only in reception.
The breakfast was great. Plenty of selection, from pastries, to hot eggs. The room was massive, as was the bathroom, and very clean. The staff were helpful, and there was a safety deposit box downstairs at reception for our valuables. I'ts a cheap hotel, but having been there and stayed there, I'd say put your hand in your pocket and get someplace nearer to town, if you're looking for something good on a tight budget then this place is good. It's a bit far away from everything, there's a shuttle bus from th hotel but that stops at 11pm so you're restricted froma tiem point of view. There were a few hookers crawling around near the hotel aswell. We didn't get half enough towels, we had to ask for more, Rome is a very hot place, you're going to want to take at least two showers a day, they should gvie you enough towels for two people, not for one person like they did for us, we had to ask them for more in the end, and they were a bit iffy about giving them to us.
the hotel was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable the staff was rude. the hotel was in a bad neighborhood and there were condoms on the ground in the street and needs used for drug use as well. The hotell was far away from down town and it was advertised as being close to the center of town. I realize that some of this is beyond the control of the hotel but these were my observations.
Comfortable, good value for maney and nice breakfast No internet connection in the rooms, which is pitty when you travel for business.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is really bad (we saw a lot of prostitution around our hotel) - returning from the city to the hotel will take about 45 minutes (metro, bus, walk) to what seems to be the poorest and most ghetto-y suburb of Rome. We had to clean our own table in the morning and most mornings plates, cutlery, drinks, bread, etc. weren't provided at the breakfast buffet. The shuttle bus is shared with another hotel - too many people for a little bus with only 16 seats causes a lot of tension. Not worth your money!
First of all, the hotel is too far away from the Rome that you want to visit. That was not made clear. Second, the bus doesn't leave you at the hotel. One must walk with suitcases in a not very nice part of town. Third, my room had a cigarette smell that made me sick.
comfort & quiet non aircon shuttle w/out luggage compartment; shower door unfixed, slow draining sink. no english TV movies.
Hotel is clean. Facilities are excellent. Staff are so kind and helpful! A bit far from the city center, but it is ok when you have you own car.
Free WiFi. Safe garage. New building. Nice and clean small hotel. Our room for 3 person was in the lower level, wich was very small.
price, comfort, free wifi, good breakfast but same all the week a bit far from the city centre, we had to travel an hour to termini station and sometimes we had to wait about 30mins for the bus to the metro station, noisy italian neighbours :-D,a bit uncomfortable beds
The hotel is new and very clean and the staff is pleasant. The address posted on this website is incorrect. I was charged excessive fees from Termini station because the taxi could not locate the hotel. The hotel is far away from the city centre and the neighborhood is questionable. In terms of sightseeing, there is nothing nearby.
fine beds and a decent bath my danish money was stolen during my stay there
Almost everything was as promised in the description! the breakfast was not the buffet which was in the deal, instead it was just a tray with breakfast, but it was enough, although the buffet which was available for regular customers looked pretty good...
The room was clean spacious and very comfortable. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful: providing maps of the city, tips on how to beat long lineups and local restaurants. Their help allowed me to save hours by skipping many for the lines for museums and other sights. Pascia has warm and inviting atmosphere which made it feel more like home than a hotel. All and all the best place I stayed in Europe
Shared bathroom, but very clean. Not a problem for me.
It's very warm, lovely, clean and just like home. The master is a very warm-hearted gentleman. Because of this hotel, I love Rome even much more! If I went to Rome again one day, I will book this hotel again.
It is really wonderful place to spend good time in Rome.Morco and his family are very nice and helpful who can solve every problem for you.Besides, these rooms are clean and cosy.
The owner was so good and kind. The room was clean. He told about a lot of tourist spot. I enjoyed!!
The friendliness of the staff. Close to a train stop.
Rooftop dining No tea/coffee in room
Clean room and located at a quiet street. The room for single is very small, especially the bathroom. Very difficult to have a shower. Was not possible to connect to Wi-Fi network.
very clean inside. the staff were polite and helpful location, a taxi from the train station should cost no more than €15
good reach by metro and bus, both stations within 1 min walk too small bathroom, very poor breakfast, bed very uncomfortable, only one sheet on the bed and an old looking, rough wool blanket
Friendly staff, very clean rooms, close to transport and town
Nothing Yes. In the first night they put us in a very very small room and moved us on the second day to a bigger room. One day they did not clean the room. There were no real breakfast; rather only some biscuites and coffee. No body at the hotel can speak understandable English. Generally, it was not more than "1 " star hotel, not three stars...
Quite and fairly comfortable People smoking in the lift, hallways (especially outside my room) and reception, even though there were no smoking signs displayed. The room was small with a very small bed and no English programmes on the TV so one could not stay in the room to relax.
I've liked the fact that it was really cheap compared to other hotels in Rome. It is well situated, there is a tram that goes directly from the Hotel to the Termini, really easy to get there. The room was okay, not the best one in the world, but as I said at the beginning I didn't pay for the best one. The receptionist isn't fluent in English but she help me out very well. No, I can't complain about anything really. I didn't pay for any extra and I didn't get any ;-) Some people, most English people, would probably complain about the breakfast, but to be honest once again, you're not paying a breakfast at Tiffany's!
Breakfast was not worth the money - packs of dry biscuits instead of bread plus awful coffee from a vending machine.
Hotel staff were great. Room and ensuite were very clean and spacious. Felt safe in the neighbourhood. A bit difficult to find the first time, but easy to get around from on the tram. Quiet neighbourhood at night. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Would have preferred less processed food and more natural/healthy choices.
Hotel is very conveniently located close to tram lines 5 & 14, and bus 105, ~7 stops from Termini in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Rooms is modern, large, comfortable and very quiet at night. Compare to another B&B we stayed at before, it is a very good deal for the money. Will definitely stay there again, if we return to Rome. Bath room lighting was too dark. Morning staff did not wake us up at 6:30 although we left instruction to do so.
