Godt hotel i stille omgivelser.
The hotel is ideally situated for the airport Ciampino. Nice facilities and a lovely swimming pool. Ideal for visiting Rome although quite a way out of the centre, you can take the shuttle then train or a taxi will cost you about 30 euro one way. Helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner was of a good quality and plentiful.
The spa rooms were very good as were the ordinary rooms, the food was good but only a small choice. Lack of food sunday evening & not knowing when local restuartants opened. Pool furniture was packed away & pool not clean. Staff at breakfast poor.
service and only 10 minutes from the airport It is rather difficult to speak English
The courtesy shuttle bus to and from the airport and to the metro in the evening. The pool/fountain. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Good breakfast too.
Shuttle car was invaluable, nice quiet hotel with friendly staff, closeness to Ciampino was both a plus- not far to travel- and a minus- planes overhead Set meals were a bit pricey- no cheaper option although there is a restaurant a 10min walk away
the hotel was very nicely designed, very comfortable. the shuttle bus was invaluable and was used many times. breakfast was ok but could have been more choice. it was mostly cake
I thought their breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety. The view from the lounge was great, which helped me get around the area since I walked most of the places I visited. The location is perfect, with culture, art, food and shopping all within walking distance. I asked for smoking but didn't get it.Didn't have resturant open all day.Internet isn't same as North American,so I didn't know how to use it and language barrier seemed to far apart to get help that I needed.
Location was nice very close to the bus and Metro stops. Staff gave detailed directions / tips for around the area. Only the tiny elevator took for ever to find it empty. Could walk five flights of steps fast than the elavator.
Clean with good facilities and a good bus service into the centre It was a bit further out than we would have liked
Excellently situated in central part of town a few hundred meters to the nearest Metro station Room not quite up to usual Best Western standard. Carpets appeared to be worne down and wall paper had come unstuck in places. Unpleasant odour from the toilet.
Staff and hotel location
Location, friendly staff Very small room
Nice view from the restaurant, room and facilities were good. At first we didn't get the room we reserved (double bed at front of hotel instead of the desired twin beds at the back of the hotel), but this was corrected after the first night.
Location. It's quite easy to find, even if you don't want to use a taxi (but you have to walk about 5-7 min. from the metro station). My room was comfortable, although for the people that are bigger and taller than me it may seem a bit too small. The breakfast was good, even for the vegetarian, and there was even the library! The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. I didn't quite understand how was the lift working during the breakfast time - it seemed that the destination "hall" had been disabled, and I was restricted to use stairs to come down when checking out. I don't mind using stairs, I just didn't understand how the lift worked...
Clean Rooms. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, Good internet connection I was happy with everything!
Very friendly, helpful staff. Good prices and not far from center
External environment, comfortable internal, business clima, cordiality and effectiveness of the staff, cleanliness, free internet, top value for money maybe in the entire Rome. The city center is not easy reachable, despite of the shuttle.
Easy to find with good clear directions, check in process was quick and room was clean, parking for guests Noise from road
The reception staff were very friendly and space in and around the hotel is very useful even for a short walk. Beautiful settings. Good for romance and relax.
The gardens and all environment Small rooms , missing space to keep the luggage, missing bread, ham ...at breakfast time
The hotel was exactly what I expected and very close to Ciampino airport which was the reason that we chose it. The room was very dark and the balcony was locked so that you could not get out onto it. The hotel decor was a bit tired but very clean and the staff were very pleasent.
The garden around the hotel
This hotel is a good choice if you go to Rome by car and don't want to stay in the centre of the city. The hotel is easily accessible by car from the highway, parking at the hotel is free and getting into town takes just about half an hour by bus + metro. Our room was very clean and spacious. Would not recommend if you go to rome for a short stay and want an hotel with nice atmosphere and central location, since it is really a business hotel (therefore offering cheap rooms in weekends). Downside of the room was the fact that we had only a bath, with the ceiling being so low, that you could not have a shower while standing.
Friendly staff, clean, and conveniently located.
This is a very nice B&B. It is 5 min walk from San Giovanni subway metro Station and 15 min walk from the coliseum. The pictures are very accurate. Excellent value, its very clean and modern with very nice helpful hosts. The free WiFi works great. Coffee shop a block away, places to eat close by too!
The location suited me perfectly There was no snack bar/restaurant, however, there were eateries in a nearby shopping center.
parking, nice and spacious rooms, very good services, good staff
The only positive would be the room and hotel itself were nice. Basically could not get anything to eat from restaurant at half six that evening we arrived, ended up eating an apple which was left in the room and we were charged five euro for each apple. Also there was no shuttle from hotel to metro station (even though it was advertised as a hotel service), they told us to go out and walk down to a bus stop to get a bus to metro. Bar closed early so you couldn't even get a drink at nine o clock. Not much english with some of the staff either. For a four star hotel both the staff and facilities really need to be worked on as they are very poor and disappointing. Another point not much in surrounding area mostly industrial .
The staff were pleasant and enough spoke English for me to get by. Could not get food in the hotel, and nowhere local to obtain it. Ended up with takeaway Pizza.
the room, the tv set,bet most of all the price. dear is not even 1 p.c. avealabel for the guests
The beds were comfortable We found the hotel staff unfriendly and unapologetic and felt it was far from a 4 star hotel. The hotel was in a awkward position for the metro but this was remedied by using the bus.
It was clean and all we needed The towels were more like sheets material than towel material - but all is well
Good breakfast, good staff Location
Irene at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Luda, who served us cappuccino each day, was gracious and friendly as well. The hotel is away from the city center but close to bus, train, and metro. There's a fruit/veg market nearby. The room was a little small, but I think this is normal for Rome, where everything is compact. It took a little getting used to, but we decided it was perfect for our needs as we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.
