Close to beutiful countryside, good farm atmospher. Good breakfast. The hotel neighborhood is undergoing infrastructure work, open duct infront of the hotel and was dificult to carry the luggage.
Bike friendly, good off street parking, a short stroll from the center of Vielha. Rooms are spotless and well equipped. Extensive buffet breakfast & friendly helpfull staff.
Very nice hotel, spotless room, warm desing, great breakfast, very quiet. We didn't want to leave... The street outside the hotel is being renovated- so there's no parking close to the hotel and we had to walk in the rain from a distant parking.
The staff was very friendly, the rooms really nice and cosy. good breakfast and excellent dinner! Possibilities to park our car and bikes overnight and the owner would even let us wash our bikes after riding. We will certainly return to this place!
The place is small and charming. A good breakfast and the staff was very correct at all help request.
This hotel was recommended to me by Pere Salvadore from Terrassa who regulary stay there. I have to say that the hotel was excellent in all areas, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The hotel was indeed excellent value for money. I intend to return again, Kind regards,Eddie Tierney ,
Everything. Friendly receptionist. Room spotless and well designed. Modern bathroom. High standard of finish all round. Good breakfast. Will pay a return visit.
Room was clean and well decorated. Hotel decoration is good too. Very easy going hotel employees. There was no receptionist when we checked in. We need to call several numbers to get hold of people who did not speak any English. Eventually the receptionist turned up and checked us in. There was not a feeling of being welcomed and expected.
The room was excellent. Particularly enjoyed the high class woodwork, joinery and stonework. All this was combined with plenty of space. The service was abysmal. Found ourselves knocking on window and doors for about 15 minutes in order to gain access. Eventually somebody arrived, not from inside but from somewhere outside. The " receptionist" gave us a key to Room 4 and a card similar to a credit card which he explained would turn on the lights but he did not accompany us to the room to demonstrate how it worked. We spent around 25 minutes in the dark trying to find a place to locate this card. My wife eventually found a small slot in a device that looked something like a light switch. This inconvenience could have been saved had the " receptionist" given us 2 minutes of his time. Would not visit again or pass on recommendations.
