Very nice place and friendly staff!

There should be free drinkingwater in the room. 9 euro for one liter at the bar is not customer friendly. 75cts for 1.5ltr at SPAR so you should not have your guests go there for drinking water in the room

Room was very comfortable and large and amazing his and hers bathroom. Staff were so friendly and helpful - great valet service. Pool area is amazing and the hotel is located in a nice quiet part of the island.

The food and drink was very expensive in particular charging 6 euros service charge on every room service order and asking us to pay 12 euros for a couple of slices of lime and cucumber to go in our drink. However on one of the days by the pool the bartender gave us free sangria as an apology for slow service so this made up for it.

Staff were incredible and we had the best time. We had a little incident at the hotel but everything was rectified and a room upgrade with a bottle of wine followed within an hour. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Will most definitely back next year.

Deluxe room was lovely; spacious and spotless, bed was huge and very comfortable, shower was lovely and mini bar was well stocked.

Being fussy but would have preferred better sun loungers around the pool - they didn't have an adjustable back to rise and lower as you'd like. Not an abundance of choice for food for the lunch and pool menu, what was there was pretty decent, not amazing.

Customer service was absolutely superb, staff couldn’t do enough to help all the way from reception through to the cleaners.

Being a fairly expensive hotel you would expect free water in the room. Only given two small bottles at the start of a 9 night stay and that was it.
