Fordele: Staff was so friendly and very efficient, amazing view from our spavious suite we were upgraded to. Perfect location for us, as we have had an event in arena that's 5 min of a walk.

Fordele: Exceptional beds, pillows and wonderful breakfast. The pool and sauna are a treat after a long walk in the city and the hotel is wonderfully located to sleep after a concert in the Altice Arena

Fordele: Pænt og lyst hotel. Morgenmad og aftensmad var god. Placering meget tæt på metro, let at komme rundt. En del danske gæster - nok en tilfældighed :-)

Ulemper: Der er to pools på taget, men da der samtidig stort set altid blæser en god pålandsvind deroppe, blev vandet aldrig rigtig varmt. Navnlig børnepool'en var en kold fornøjelse.

Fordele: Very clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is awesome with lots of variety. Comfortable bed. Easy access to Metro and bus.

Fordele: Great hotel, free upgrade to a superior room, breakfast was fantastic, fresh with lots of choice. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was slightly too far out but only €8 in a taxi to Barro Ailto. Aflama was exceptional, really quirky with lots of different architecture and tiny streets. Great little independent bars.

Ulemper: Drinks prices were slightly high, €9 for a single gin and tonic.

Fordele: Perfect location just steps from the Metro and many restaurants. A nice, relatively quiet neighborhood a bit out of the touristy zones, which are easily accessible via Metro or bus. Minutes from the airport. The room was spacious and bright. The bathroom luxuriously large. Breakfast was lovely. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

Ulemper: We had no complaints about this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.

Fordele: It a relaxing oasis and very calming atmosphere the staff are very attentive and asked for extra towels which we got within minutes. There is only a bfast area and no real restaurant or bar so it’s nice and quiet. You get water and fresh fruit in room which is a lovely added touch. Second time in this hotel and it’s an ideal city break.

Ulemper: Maybe could do with a bit more maintenance as some marks in shower area and drainage in shower not that great. Light shines through bathroom door so if your a light sleeper and someone uses bathroom through the night it’s very bright.

Fordele: The location. The staff.

Fordele: The furniture is (or looks) brand new. I quite liked the innovative “do not disturb” system, which can be set from inside the room. I also appreciated having a big closet and a desk where I could work.

Ulemper: Just that the bathroom door wouldn’t close and it was also a very thin, so not ideal If you’re sharing the room with someone else and you’re looking for some privacy.

Fordele: Very stylish room. Very comfortable bed.

Ulemper: Carpet had big spots. Stair very slippery. No safe in room.

Ulemper: Staffs are so luvly and helpful and the hotel is so accessible in most locations and evento and from airport.

Fordele: Good breakfast, straight above the metro station (city Center is approx 15 mins away with a change of a station; direct line to the airport), comfortable bed. If you are travelling with the car, it’s better to ask hotel for paid parking (Eur 15 per night), which is across the street

Fordele: It is good. Location is next to metro so it is convenient.

Ulemper: May be little bit cold in room. But you comfortably sleep in the bed

Fordele: Staffs are nice and warm, the metro station is downstairs, so it’s very convenient to get to downtown, And breakfast is good.

Ulemper: It’s on third floor without elevator, a bit trouble for luggage. And of course 3 layers bed make you feel a bit uncomfortable but its cost is worth.

Fordele: The location is best. Staff is too much cooperative. Very clean with lot of comfort. Specially allow to take tea or coffee at any time.

Ulemper: No lift and it is on 2nd floor.

Fordele: The location was right in the center of town an near the metro. Very easy access to the important parts of Lisbon

Ulemper: The place was difficult to find. It would be nice if they had a sign at the bottom of the building so that it's easier to locate.

Fordele: The position is very good, you are close to the metro and close there you will any kind of amenities you need. The B&B is comfortable and the area in common with the guests looks nice. Ana and Rute where always kind and helpful.

Fordele: From the moment we arrived Ana was the most gracious host, we absolutely loved our stay! We had one of the rooms with a bathroom, but would definitely book one of the rooms with a shared bathroom. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the location was an easy subway ride to the heart of Lisbon. I read a lot of the reviews, so we knew exactly what to expect. Breakfast was a nice start to the day and sitting around the common area or on the balcony was wonderful. Beforehand I had questions and they were answered very promptly and accurately. Thank you!!!

Fordele: Location. The owner is very helpful and ready to support regress of the inconvenience it may cause her.

Ulemper: It could be a little cleaner. The shower could also do with a quick repair.

Fordele: The Bed and Breakfast is one floor of a block of flats. There are multiple private bedrooms and a shared living space, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The decor is beautiful and clean, and very cosy. Breakfast included bread, ham, cheese, croissants, fruit, coffee, juice, teas and cereal. The location is great if you buy a metro ticket for around £6 every day, you can access most parts of Lisboa. The location is safe and near to shops. This accommodation is fantastic value for money.

Ulemper: Finding the apartments could have been a little easier, maybe a bigger sign outside and a more detailed description that the apartments take up only one section of the building. Other than this the stay was perfect,.

Fordele: Great location (metro, buses, railway, cafe, supermarket) just under the windows Great accomodation. Good enough breakfast, the citchen is available all day and night long Very helpful stuff with perfect English

Ulemper: Construction works in the building. If you want to take a rest during the day it is not possible.

Ulemper: Sen indtjekning. I det mindste tror jeg, at klokken 14 alligevel er sent. Værelset var meget rart, men på den lille side. Badeværelset var meget rart, men det lykkedes at få en del af badeværelsesgulvet i blød, våd tilstand. Mit kæledyr er lige om hjørnet: Du kan ikke lade dine enheder oplade, når du ikke er i rummet. Dit dørkort slukker for strømmen i rummet, når du klapper døren til rummet og tager den med dig. Jeg ved, at det er en grøn ting, men at lade et USB-stik være tændt for at oplade en telefon ville gøre en sådan forskel? Virkelig?

Fordele: Skybar er dog fantastisk, om end det er dyre drinks.

Ulemper: Upersonligt, små værelser, ikke meget service. Kedelig morgenmads buffet, og et elevator-helvede, som fik os til at tage trappen til og fra 8. etage. Fitnessrum angiveligt på 2. etage, men i virkeligheden på 3. Vi vælger et andet hotel næste gang.

Fordele: Dejlig morgenmad. Som dansker er det lidt upraktisk med de fælles dynetæpper

Ulemper: Hvis restauranten Guilty hører til hotellet, bør de få lavet et menukort på flere sprog.

Fordele: Location is very close to airport that takes you 11 minutes walk only so even you don’t take their shuttle bus is still ok. Shuttle bus start at 4am and breakfast at 5am meet most people taking earliest flight need,

Ulemper: The room is warm that the air conditioner can’t help. I finally had to open the window to cool off!

Ulemper: Water was always overflowing from the shower booth. The staff just opened the door twice, immediately after knocking even though I was inside. Bad manner.

Fordele: The hotel is clean, efficient and only a short walk to the airport and, importantly, the Metro. The bar is nice and the dining room nicely appointed and well serviced with an adequate menu selection of good, if not great food.

Ulemper: I like this hotel for brief business travel, except that it just seems cold and impersonable. One gets the feeling of just being a number passing through an efficient electronic turnstile. The facility is clean, the bed comfortable. But the rooms are « cold » in their efficient design. There is very little need for human interaction throughout. This is not a hotel to relax in or bring a family for vacation. It is simply an efficient room to stay enroute to someplace else.

Fordele: The hotel is located a very short walk from the airport arrivals area. It is visible, so it's easy to find. Even though it is located really close to the airport, it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

Ulemper: -it was pretty noisy. We were lucky that the other two or three rooms that were occupied had very respectful people staying in them but if even one of the rooms makes a lot of noise it could be pretty hard to get to sleep The shared bathroom was a little bit run down

Fordele: The apartment is clean and the staff is very nice. Ready to help 24/7. I felt very comfortable. Also having a coffee machine in the kitchen was a big plus for me. :) The airport is very near so this is also an advantage for short stays.

Ulemper: The room where I stayed was small but comfortable. It was located on the third floor without an elevator which could be a problem with bigger luggage.

Ulemper: Very bad sound insulation. Could hear every body walking in doorway with bags and talking in low voice. Aloso a 2Euro extra tax on arrival ????? Why? And if you don't have a phone to call on arrival, you will be stuck on the sidewalk for a while as the place is not identified in a large bulding. Just press on every door bell and you might get the door to open!

Fordele: Receptionen og concierge-personalet var fremragende!! Conciergen arbejdede hårdt på at finde os middagsreservationer til juleaften og jul. Meget, meget godt. Restauranten havde en fremragende morgenmad. Taxaer var altid tilgængelige, og personalet, der talte fremragende engelsk, hjalp med at sikre, at chaufførerne vidste, hvor vi ville hen. Og når det regnede, sørgede personalet for parasoller.

Ulemper: Barpersonalet var okay, men ikke fremragende. Jeg var temmelig overrasket over de begrænsede timer på restauranten til frokost og middag. Middagen var okay, men ikke så god som morgenmaden.

Fordele: Personalet var meget imødekommende. Jeg ankom til hotellet kl. 10:00, og jeg fik lov til at tjekke det på det tidspunkt. Mit værelse var meget rummeligt og omfatter alle de faciliteter, jeg havde brug for. Hotellet var meget tæt på lufthavnen, og de tilbød gratis transport. Jeg vil helt sikkert bo her igen.

Fordele: Ultra convenient for quick access to Lisbon airport and very good price. The room for a solo traveller was spacious enough, had a nice alcove with table and chairs, storage space. The apartment has two bathrooms both with shower which is helpful when there are other guests. The building is right next to a green park.

Ulemper: Not too many places to eat nearby, but then I didn’t have much time to explore as it was a Sunday evening in the rain

Fordele: good location, 15-20 min walk to airport( but google map guided me the wrong way, so I cost about 35 min). And clean room and well-equipped kitchen.

Ulemper: Sound insulation is very bad, can hear the next room clearly. I was forced to wake up four times because of new guests’ check-in and bath. Room key is hard to use.

Ulemper: Hard to find the place, there is no sign or label over the street. The place is quite cold, there is no working heating system. One of the bed and wall is almost wet. Hard to get a continuous sleep because of the noisy conditions (the upper neighbor did a lot of noise after midnight, people staying in the same facility did a lot door opening/closing which was too noisy)

Fordele: Nothing beats it for the price. It is very near the airport, with a shuttle, comfortable and clean bed. Although the bathroom/toilet is shared, it is clean, there are two available on the floor, and I did not see anyone else using it during my stay although I know there are other guests on the floor. The honesty store with drinks and snacks is a nice and useful addition to the amenities.

Fordele: Fin beliggenhed i forhold til lufthavnen. Meg fleksibel mht. til check in. Super søde og hjælpsomme og shuttlebus var der til tiden. Dejligt familieværelse og tidlig check in. Kun positivt at sige.

Ulemper: Fik autogenereret mail og de var lidt længe om at svare på min mail.

Fordele: Good location for exploring Lisbon, and while the area has a reputation of being unsafe at night we had no dramas at all.

Ulemper: Smells very cigarette-smokey in the hallways.

Fordele: Værterne - meget hjælpsom & venlige. Beliggenhed i forhold til lufthavn

Ulemper: Ingen aircondition. Meget lydt lejlighed, svært at sove. Et af værelserne havde et vindue ud til fælles køkken område & derfor kunne ikke efterlades åben mens vi sov.

Fordele: Location and transfer option.

Ulemper: No soap in bathroom.

Ulemper: My towels were torn. Some guests arrives at midnight and were noisy...also left the entrance door fully open until i discovered it in the morning...

Fordele: For en enkelt overnatning var det ok. Tæt på lufthavnen( gåafstand CA 1/2 t, bil 10 min.) Noget slidt og spartansk, men ok seng og bad.

Ulemper: Svært at finde ift skiltning.

Fordele: I like that it’s very close to the airport and the oriente train station, its most convenient for me specially that the property also has pickup transportation services. also, sending my thanks to paula for her warm and welcoming presence.

Fordele: it is an excellent location for access to the airport

Ulemper: ate in a local 'taverna' and it was the first bad meal i have had in Portugal.

Fordele: Great place to stay arriving or departing from Lisbon airport. One could walk the distance, but we had a rental car and it was really easy to get there (5 minutes max). Super staff speak English and French in addition to Portuguese. The kitchen came in really handy because nearby restaurants were all closed (Sunday evening). There's a tuck shop, small grocery store, about 200 metres away. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great Place to stay!
