Good, nice hotel

Very nice hotel with good facilities. Friendly staff at reception and bar/restaurant. Really liked the rain shower in the room. Nice breakfast (expensive but good)

We had a room with a sleeping couch, which was comfortable, but not covered with a duvet, just a sheet and fleece blanket. It’s my only point of improvement.

Great place for a Stopover.

We were able to park in the Rocade car park underneath the hotel, which was quick and easy to find from the motorway. I had read that the hotel offered a reduced parking rate of €30 overnight, but the receptionist told us that it would be cheaper if we just paid as normal at the machine, because our stay was going to be around 14 hours. I had a nice surprise the next morning when it came to around €10! Check in was quick and easy, and the hotel is well set up with regards to COVID. The hotel is modern in style and I guess aimed at business people, and we were extremely surprised with how nice our family room was given what we paid for it! We had 2 comfy double beds, the WC is separate from the shower room. Large modern TV with many international channels. Wireless charging for mobile phones and all mod cons. We walked to Scotts Pub on the river for dinner (highly recommended), which looks very close on a map, but you need to descend some steep zig-zagging paths to get down to the river level as the hotel is perched up much higher. Walking back up the paths was a bit of a challenge after dinner and drinks! The hotel was extremely quiet, it seemed to us almost as if we were the only guests - this might explain why we got it at the rate we did.

Front desk staff very efficient, friendly and helpful. Room very clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved the candy and fresh water on,the Executive 5th floor. Breakfast was fresh, Big selection, and tasty.

Room was clean and comfortable. The property itself was modern and great value! We were able to get late check out just back asking which was a godsend. Easy walking distance to everything with a bus stop right around the corner to take you to/from the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was on point!

Plush modern hotel, based a 10 minute walk from the Central Station (where the #16 bus to the airport can drop you off/pick you up). Room was brilliant, slick and modern, very spacious, with great facilities. Hotel bar was decent as well for late night refreshments.

It's a Novotel, so you're going to pay a little extra (though I think that's the norm for Luxembourg). Surprised at the tea/coffee options in the room - just a couple of sachets of Nescafe and a few teabags - which were okay, but would've expected more given the price. Few burns on the carpet from previous guests, but it was spotlessly clean otherwise.

I asked them to put something on our room as we celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and they did it..

Hotel is renovated. Room is new and modern, very comfortable. 5 minutes walk to the bridge to the city. Breakfast is 5* comparing to standard European breakfast.

Parking ($$) was a bit challenging. Level -2 was large and brought you up to a different building. You have to be careful which way to find your way back to the hotel.

Very comfortable, clean and exceptional staff. Great check out time and wide range of breakfast options.

Poor amenities within room; no mugs for tea or coffee and no glasses for water. Given plastic/ paper cups.

Lights, good cushions, rain shower, separate toilet, wireless phone charger. Too less parking space in parking below hotel for electric vehicles. Very good breakfast.

No view, window could not close very well, some noise was coming from outside

Location was good, maybe a 15-minute walk into the center. Rooms were brand new and very clean and comfortable, though the pillows were kind of hard. Shower was fantastic, with a rainfall shower head and great pressure. Breakfast had a good selection of items, and the staff was very kind to my daughter, giving her a special gift on check-in. It's convenient to have parking below the hotel but the garage is kind of expensive (but so are all the garages in Luxembourg).

Clean, great location, easy travel to central station in luxembourg to get to trier and metz. Staff friendly, welcoming, nice drinks at the bar. Nice outside area.

Some issues booking on a pre-paid deal via booking.com as the hotel did not accept my direct debit card so had to get my partner to use his credit card. Rather stressful dealing with numerous phone calls even before I got there since I kept getting update your credit card details requests as your card declined. I have used this card before through booking.com. However was pleasantly surprised when arrived at the hotel, staff were welcoming, place was spotless clean and in a great location near to the main Luxembourg Central Station. Only disappointment was that we had to pay a 50 euros - each! for each night as an additional security deposit should there be any damage to the room. So 300 euros on top of the almost 400 euros we had already paid for 3 nights stay. Never heard of this anywhere I have traveled. Good job my partner had his credit card or this would have ate into our spending money. Whoever devised this for Novotel in luxembourg, can you please reduce this! As well as your restaurant and breakfast prices which was almost double that of the prices from cafes near the hotel.

The new refurbished room was perfect , Unfortunately the toilet extraction was on 24/7 . Called maintenance man out who couldn’t fix it , it was the same for the rest of the hotel . Quiet room noisy fan though

The breakfast was way over priced so we bought our own. The sheer curtain could not be opened to see the view out the window.

It was all fine

Very nice room with a comfy bed, couch, work area and a very large TV. The location is quite good, with about a 12-15 minute walk to the old town area. Reception staff were all nice and helpful with any questions and recommendations we asked for.

The AC in the room didn't cool it down too well. We tried to get it very cold in the room for night, but it was still a bit warm. Also, as I saw in a review before staying, the cleaning staff tried to come in our room to clean long before we were ready to depart.

Shower was AMAZING and bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful

Tea and coffee station was very disappointing and didn’t even have real proper cups to drink from. Someone opened our door to come in to clean the room without knocking 1 hour before checkout time and we were getting dressed which was a bit odd.

overall really like Novotel - we stayed during Luxembourg's National Day so had a ball :) positives: - very clean and comfortable, it was obvious the hotel had been renovated recently and improved - spacious room and very quiet - air conditioning very good, nice toiletries - decent fitness centre - helpful staff

- just note location is a bit of a walk from the centre but we preferred this as quiet hotel and so we just took a taxi into the centre for sight seeing, etc. - make sure you don't get fooled into going to the sister hotel Sofitel's sky bar for food - the views here were excellent but food was a load of rubbish so make sure you are just going for drinks at most!

I loved my stay at Novotel Luxembourg Centre, from the moment I arrived to the moment I didn't want to leave. I was lucky enough to be given a newly refurbished room, which was very large by European standards, well-appointed, extremely comfortable (particularly the bed) and very clean (and I'm really fussy about cleanliness, so this is a huge compliment from me). The wifi was excellent and strong. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I dined one night at the restaurant, which was also good for a hotel restaurant. In terms of location, it's a 10 to 15 minute easy walk from the main part of town and its tourist attractions. So, it's not in the heart of everything, but it's an easy flat walk, which I didn't consider to be a problem.

Parking was quite pricey.

The location is good, from the railway station on foot 10 minutes. Close to the center. The room is small but cozy. Clean enough. Breakfast is very good.

The location is great. The breakfast is exceptional with wide variety, fresh vegetables/fruits, juices The renovated rooms are spacious. Really enjoyed the stay.

Our room was a great size and modern, the staff were wonderful with our 2 year old and we had a super relaxing time. Location was fantastic only a 8min walk to Notre Dam and good cafes and bars.

That was fairly good stay in this accommodation with nice location and reasonable price range, including breakfast price and parking space close to the hotel. That was also very goof point that near to the road.

Basically it was good hotel and nothing to say anything but if I need to say, it will be better if the hotel could offer more competitive price for the parking space for the family visitors. Otherwise it was OK.
