Superb Location, Unhelpful Staff, Poor Amenities

Nearly perfect location at port, alongside main city park, and at the edge of the old town. Wonderful balcony looking out across the waterfront. Nice bathroom.

Front desk staff had no clue regarding local information. Concierge rarely available. Inadequate drawer/storage space. Smallish room. Promised fix of broken thermostat never happened. Extra hangars requested never came. A single 33cl water bottle provided for a 3 night stay. Bar/snack area on first floor rarely open.

The location is excellent

I liked the comfort of the room, the excellent facilities, and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

I have no complaints.

The location and friendliness of front desk staff

Extremely slow service in the bar, where we ate. The fact that the Atico bar was closed for a private function. The lack of a ramp at the front entrance with no staff to help with luggage, as we arrived.

the fact that although the hotel was in the city centre it had a roof top pool so you could also s[end time relaxing and chilling out

It`s within easy reach of the main sites of interests and city facilities. It`s roof top swimming pool and restaurant are idyllic!

It does not have its own garage but your car is parked by Hotel staff. A/C in the room was not efficient enough. In hot weather the room felt uncomfortably hot.
