Hotellet er så flot og smukt i forhold til prisen man betaler.. Venligt personalet.. Senge og opholdsstuer er hyggelige. Dejligt med vandbeholder og køkken.

At der ikke blev skiftet sengetøj under opholdet på 6 -7 dage. At der ikke kom automatisk rene håndklæder.

God plads til bagage under sengen.

Alt for meget larm om aftenen fra udefrakommende, der festede på tagterrassen. Der var aldrig plads til at jeg kunne sidde der. Alt for lidt plads på værelserne. Intet socialt for solorejsende. Ingen håndvask i køkkenet.

Amazing location, the Alcazaba is directly behind the hostel. Beds are comfy and each has a power point so you can charge your phone at night. Staff are friendly.

Towel rental cost 2€, I think this should be made clear when booking. I have a travel towel but I didn’t bring it as I assumed “premium hostel” meant you would get a towel. I’ve stayed in way more budget places than this and had a towel included. Also, there are no small lights next to the beds. This is a basic thing that all decent hostels should have. I arrived late and had to switch the main light on in the dorm just to find my bed, and some girls were already asleep and it woke them up. Also, the room was very crowded, 8 girls plus all their stuff meant it was hard to move around, and only one bathroom between all of us. Really this room should have been a 6-person dorm but I feel like they have squeezed an extra bunk bed in to maximise profit. There is a small common room on the 1st floor but doesn’t really seem to be a hanging-out kind of place, I wouldn’t book this hostel if you’re looking to meet other travellers, the layout is not really conducive to socialising. The bar upstairs is not part of the hostel, it’s quite chic and expensive, not a backpacker kind of place at all, was quite dressy with a more mature crowd. I went up to get a photo but I didn’t hang around as it was super noisy. If you have the windows open in the dorm you hear the noise from the bar. Luckily I was only there one night but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer.
