The bed was so hard we didn’t sleep properly

Beds were very comfy. Room was clean.
The shower could have been better. Couldn’t manoeuvre spray around as fixed but power was fine.

Location of this hotel was very good, few hundred meters from beach, lots of shops nearby. Breakfast was ok, but could have been more versatile. Our rooms bathroom was nice with a bathtub and reception lady remembered our honeymoon with a pleasan surprise, a bottle of cava. Room was spacious.
At least our bed was really hard and a bit worn (could feel springs under myself). Pillows are really small and it was difficult to sleep on them on our opinion. Customer service could be more counteractive. Reception wasn’t open 24/7 as they advertise. Only untill 19.30 pm.

Location, value and helpfulness, just good all round at affordable price. Breakfast simple but good with choice of eggs scrambled or fried, plus toast, cereals and fruit.
Very well located for old town and seafront. Good clean hotel with generous space in rooms. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast provided to your choice. Great value for money in central location.

The location is close to the Old Town and close to buses stops. Upon entering the property, the lady at reception was very inviting and did her best to manage other arrivals who were quite demanding - she did a very good job which I was impressed with. My experience with checkin was somewhat smooth. The room was not ready for 2pm and I had to wait 10 extra minutes - not a big deal. The room had some space to move around in and had a fridge for use which was useful. The bathroom was tiday and good shower pressure. The balcony was a bit disappointing as its view was facing the outside street
