    The entertainment is what kept my review in the positive, the crew of personnel on staff for activities and the nightly shows were enjoyable for the entire family every evening! The pools were enjoyable as well, and the shuttle to the beach was definitely a must, as the 300M trek through the dunes in sandals was not enjoyable! The poolside lounge has better food than the buffet for meals in my opinion.

    At check in the first man was rude, but management quickly took over and straightened out the process. Overall the 'all inclusive' buffet is lacking, only one dish might change daily which had us going out to eat at local nearby places after the 4th day of our stay!

    Rooms are squeaky clean, pool area was comfortable and relaxing - great location

    Room/bathroom size was great, it was clean and tidy, recently refurb. Selection of foods in restaurant was great too. Service in pool bar was great, you could have cocktails or bartender will make you one. You have "all inclusive" spirits and Surcharge ones. It was walking distance to main beach in city.

    AirCon was mistake, lowest temperature measured using watch from air vents where 27 degrees no matter what was set on on controller. WiFi didn't work at all most of the times. You could connect to access point with all 3 bars, but most of the time you could not load maps or websites with excursions. Streaming videos was only possible in late night. We had to use our own data for this.

    We stayed here in the first week of November 2017. The hotel offers great service. The staff is very friendly. Although it is a large hotel we felt ourselves special. The buffet offers a wide variety of food and is delicious. The hotel offers the possibility of naked sunbathing on the top floor. Here too, the facilities are fine. The various swimming pools are well maintained and look neat. The pond garden is very beautiful and is lovely relaxing. We are certainly going to come back.

    The coffee they served was not our taste.
