Location of hotel very good, underground (red line) within 3minutes walking distance. Colonial style of the hotel's interior nice, although about time for a bit of "refreshing"

A blanket as bed-lining, in a 5star hotel? Never seen that before. A nice hotel, but not quite worth the price.

there is no tea and caffe srvices in the room ,for a 5 -star hotel this is not good

Hotel was fantastic very spacious, the cleanliness is immaculate even for a 5 star. parking next door was very handy charged 15 euro per night instead of 30 Euro.. Bar staff were fantastic and very helpfull

There's not much around on a night to do, we were charged e5 for 2 pillows, my 5 year old accidentaly pressed the button for a Movie which we was charged 14 Euro, at checkout they would not waive the charge. you have to pay 30 Euro to use the spa which should be included
