Fairfield Inn by Marriott Niagara Falls

With only a few exceptions, the staff was terrific. The maintenance man addressed our door key issue very quickly and quietly, and we really appreciated the restaurant recommendations from Tyler, the young man who was working at the front desk when we first inquired about checking in. We did not however appreciate the fact that as we were checking out, the young lady working at the front desk was singing a song which included expletives, and in so singing, kept asking us to repeat ourselves.

We arrived early and our room was not ready, which was not a problem. However, when we returned several hours later we were told that the hotel was overbooked so we were upgraded from a king room, to a suite with a king size bed. That was fine, but it was a handicapped accessible bathroom, which meant that there was no bathtub, and there was limited closet space. We also did not like the lighting in the bathroom...not good for applying makeup...and there was no lighted magnifying mirror which could have addressed this issue.
