The hotel was immaculate and so beautifully presented in a perfect setting.

The steps. There is approx 70 steps to get in and out of the hotel room to the main street. Its tough going. But the view you get outweighs this. Not for anyone with knee or ankle problems.

This place is stunning and the staff is just amazing. The location is perfect and the view from the hotel is wonderful. The bed is so comfy too! I felt like a princess in this hotel and will definitely come back !!

Breathtaking Views

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool area is very peaceful and relaxing with amazing views of the volcano. The premises are extremely well maintained. We would recommend Caldera premium villas to any of our friends visiting santorini as it made the experience even better.

Amazing view and friendly staff

I loved the view of the property. It’s very clean and lovely. The view is 100 times better than the pictures. For religious reasons I wasn’t able to swim when the men are in the pool. The lady whom I unfortunately forgot her name was able to give me a time slot for a private stay in the main pool area which was very kind of her. She even took amazing pictures of us. Very good atmosphere and lovely people.

Everything in the hotel was exactly as in the offer! Perfect place to stay in Santorini with amazing Caldera View! The Crew was amazing and very professional.

Beautiful peaceful place and super...

The location is right in the middle of the main Oia walking street. There are steps up and down that you have to take but it is ok. The hotel has a typical caldera architecture with a view to the caldera (the volcano) but not the sunset. Amazing view, though. Amazing staff and most of all impeccably clean. There is a very nice porter that can assist with luggage. There is 5 min away free parking at the Oia Bus terminal. Reception ladies are amazing! Thank you for being so nice !

Its location is perfect, the view is amazing. It was very calm and peaceful. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The time which we spent there was unforgettable.

We had a wunderful stay at the Honeymoon Suite in Caldera Premium Villas. Perfect view from our (huge) terrace and perfect location to explore Ia! Very spacious and perfectly clean room, the private jacuzzi was lovely, too

I think the quality of the four honeymoon suites differs... We were lucky to get the one with the large terrace and with most privacy (room 124). Else, everything was perfect.

The view is superb. You can see all the sky at night. It is the most clear star sky I've seen recently. It was the coziest time during the night laying on the reclining chair. Close to Oia bus stop, very convenient.

Amazing views & location, just...

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and gave excellent service, the porter met us after our taxi journey from the airport and carried our luggage for us. On arrival, Diana showed us everything and talked us through the COVID-19 safety procedures. Everything at the villa was amazing from the view to the room and pool, the location was perfect with access everything on the doorstep.

The only small downside would be the amount of steep steps down from the main street to the property but this is to be expected with a location and setting of this style of property and wouldn't put us off booking again or recommending to a friend.

A beautiful Hotel with Breathtaking...

The view is amazing and the pool is lovely to dip in while taking in the views , staff are all very helpful and kind and the room was spacious and super comfortable . you are really close to everything that you need although I didnt move so much as I was happy just staying by the pool .

the only problem was lack of bar and restaurant service this was a little lacking but I can understand this is difficult maybe especially in current circumstances . They do offer a take out service however and try their best to get you anything needed.

best location, best val for...

Really everything was great!

The only thing is that for the same booked apartment you can really get different located apartment. Some are close to the pool, some, as ours, was not close. You have to go outside, and get to another main part of the hotel where the pool is located. In any case our stay was really pleasant.

The location of this resort was great, it had superb views of Oia. The pool had great views. Our room had a balcony where we could enjoy the beauty of Greece. It's everything you wish for in Santorini. They provided a porter to get our stuff from the bus stop to the hotel, and back.

The stairs leading to the property are quite slippery - it's stones and marble. So, if you're not comfortable going up and down steep stairs, avoid this. Everything else was perfect.

Loved how big the room was and how it was cabe like. Everyone from the porter to the lady who gave us the keys were so friendly and willing to help. I was sick and they even got me some food for the evening

Location and view were simply amazing, rooms were very comfortable and clean, service was great and breakfast was good.

Typical of Santorini, it was down a lot of steps / steep pathway, however we were not aware of this when booking. It was difficult to find and drag our luggage down after being dropped off from the shuttle bus from the ferry. We were later told that the bus drivers usually warn the hotel, so they can meet you and manage your luggage. It's a short steep climb each day up to the main town, and back. This is Ok for fit people but would be difficult for some.

Location was brilliant, views were amazing and staff were so friendly. We had a beautiful terrace balcony with a hot tub and everything was very close by. We would definitely revisit.

The only small thing we would say was that the breakfast was quite basic, and there were alot of stray cats sniffing around our food, my partner isnt too fond of cats too! Apart from that, nothing else.

We had a wonderful time at Caldera Premium Villas. Everything from start to end was perfect: the staff were kind and accommodating, the room and the view were spectacular. Certainly the stairs down were a little steep, but the villas are on the side of a cliff, so taking that into account, the stairs were fine. Unforgettable, and we would come back again.

Not a dislike - just a caution about climbing up and down to rooms. Make sure footwear has traction!

The location was very convenient for both sunrise and sunset and we were upgraded to a larger room with a jacuzzi.

I can’t think of anything.

The Hotel is located right in front of cliff with a perfect view of Sea. A lot of tourist are running around as it is the heart of attractions, yet the Hotel is in a quite area. The staffs were very nice to help in picking up the luggage (car cannot reach to the Hotel). When they knew our trip is an anniversary celebration they provided a bottle of wine. Swimming pool is very nice as well. We rent a car and it was not easy to find a parking.

To give more advice for transportation.

Great view and the staff really helpful. Location right in the spot with everything at walking distance. Delicious and fresh breakfast, also nice private patio to relax viewing the Caldera. Nice and quiet pool area. We will definitelly be back.

The cave room was lovely with nice furnishings and comfortable bed. The pool and reception areas are beautiful and have amazing views. I fell during my stay in Santorini and the staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful. They made sure I got the care I needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

The price and location plus the staff

I have been to Santorini several times, but for my money this hotel is in the best location with the best view in Oia. It also has traditional style rooms sunk into the cliff which help to give it a real Santorini Experience. The rooms are all a bit different both in shape and view, so my advice is to go for the best you can afford ... and a bit more as the experience at this locations picture perfect, as well as being in very close proximity to some great restaurants that are on the main walkway along the cliff. So if you want the best of a Santorini experience, stay at this hotel and be looked after by great staff.

Some people may find the steps from the main walkway of Oia to the hotel a bit tiring, but all the interesting places to visit and stay in Oia usually end up being down a cobbled path walkway with steps - so if you don't like steps, don't go to Oia ... but then you will miss one of the most stunning views on the planet. The good thing though is that the hotel will pick you up from the airport and have all your bags transported from the car to your room so you don't have to do a thing other than tell them you want picked up.

Breakfast was good but the same every day, eggs, undercooked bacon, veggies, cured meats, and fruits.

The climb up / down to our room. It was worth the killer unbelievable viewbut after 7 days my leggs were shot. I would do it again :)

The staff is very friendly. This hotel is right off the cliff so getting to it is a little difficult due to the amount of steps, but fortunately they help you with luggage. I got to the hotel 4 hrs before check in and they offered me breakfast and clean towels and ropes, I was able to take a shower in a private bathroom even before they gave me my own room. The breakfast was very good, the views are stunning. Great restaurants near by, great location, a lot of shops. Highly recommend.

Everything was beyond expectations - staff courtesy and their level of customer service took me by surprise. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I thank Dimitri for his overall attitude and ways to help, Joanne a cleaning lady with a flare, and of course the porter which name I never got to know but helped us with our luggage on a very difficult terrain... Thank you all and will probably see you again !

everything was amazing. we ordered it for our honeymoon and we will never forget days we spent there. absolutely recommended it

Service was exceptional. Everyone was beyond helpful and warm. I have to mention Dimitri, without whom we would not been able to acomplish many of the activities we planned last minute. We asked and within a couple minutes he had booked a rental car on the spot, booked a wonderful restaurant to see the sunset that evening and our ride to the airport for the next day. By the way at the rest. (Sunsets) we got the best table on the second floor and were treated like royalty when we said we were comming from Caldera Villas. The hotel itself was wonderful, super clean and beautiful. We stayed at the honeymoon suite. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon.

The best yogurt of my life!!! The best view of my life!!! The room is really really beautiful... I became really really happy and grateful.

Something happen with the TV in my room. It didn´t work. I needed to turn on the Tv just one time because I was very tired.... But I prefer to sleep instead of calling to ask for repairing... But I´m sure the staff would repair if I called them.

Fantastic location on the Caldera right in the middle of Oia. A quiet sanctuary within 5 minutes of the main part of Oia

The stairs were hard! It would not suit older or infirmed visitors due to access.

Spectacular view and great location. We had privacy because we had the last villa.

There were many stairs to get down to our room which was the last villa on the property and some of them were uneven and slippery.

The staff was wonderful. Beautiful views. A lovely place. We booked for 2 nights, but...

The first night was great. When we got up, we had a nice breakfast and then a full day of excursions, including a yacht excursion that our host arranged (thank you Sunshine!). When we returned that night, we found our A/C had gone out. These things happen. We alerted the night host and he troubleshooted, to no avail. There wasn't anyone who could come out to repair it, so the host gave us another room to move to. It was smaller and moving in the middle of the night was an inconvenience (we had to get up for a 5:30am flight the next day). Here's the problem and the reason for the negative review: We paid for two nights in the nicer/larger suite. We got one night in it and one night in another half the size...too small for me and my two daughters but we didn't complain...it was all he could do under the circumstances. We didn't argue the downsizing because we didn't have a choice...we needed somewhere to sleep and just assumed we'd be able to get a refund for the 2nd night or at least a deep discount/credit. What we got was $200 credit for the 2nd night and then close behind it, an email stating we'd downgraded our room! We didn't downgrade our room our A/C went out and had to move! I tried to get in touch with someone to discuss this live when we returned, to no avail. In the end, it was a nice place with amazing staff...but when things went wrong for us, the property owner didn't make it right in the end. When we come back, we'll likely look for alternative lodging since there are many other wonderful places to choose from there.
