Second time staying in this hotel, amazing experince again! Personal super friendly and indeed goes extra mile to satisfy your needs. Proactiely looking for feedback and improving their services day by day (especially service in Vista and Sizzle restaurant). Hotel is quite and good for families/couples. It has 3 amazing pools that allow you to properly relax, while looking to the sunset above the Andaman sea. Good gym! Special thanks to the stuff that made our stay special! definetely will return here next time when we visit Phuket

Not that i didnt like it, but for travellers to keep in mind, if you stay in this hotel and like to rest at the beach, the best is to rent a car and explore beaches of Phuket, th closest beach still require a taxi ride and might be not the most beautiful one. Also Wi-Fi service was a bit slow and not working properly at this time

Amazing people. Helpful, respectful and kind. Pools are great! Food is delicious and cocktails are good.

If you didn’t ordered a shuttle, getting to and out the resort, may be a bot pricey. But there’s nothing really bad about the resort. It’s a great value.

Book this resort for a surprise birthday celebration. Wonderful staff - right from the front desk, buggy driver, housekeeping and the General Manager - i think its Mr Sumant. The place is definitely far from patong beach - but if u are looking for a place to hibernate and rest. This is the place!

Can you guys do something about the breakfast menu? Sadly - the omelette/scrambled eggs/egg benedicts are not the best.

Fantastic service, excellent swimming pools, modern clean comfortable rooms.

The layout can be slightly confusing and a bit of walking is required to access certain parts of the hotel
