Central location in the old town, kindness of the staff and hotel decoration. Very good coffee too at the boutique. We were there 4 years ago, and came back this year, it still a very nice place to stay in Phuket.
The Air con was difficult to set and too strong

Friendly staff, beautiful room design, super cool access through a coffee shop, central location in Phuket old town.
While it's not the hotels fault, the loud motorcycles throughout the night disturbed our sleep too much. Even with earplugs, it was still too loud. I would not stay here again.

Great location, just right in the middle of old town area. The café on the ground floor is very cozy with great coffee of course. The room no.4 I stayed in is very clean and equipped with amenities.
