They keep your ID to get in the playacar zone and then ask you again for an ID to do the check in. If you dont have 2 ID's they dont give you any option. They can comunicate but still they dont care.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. We had to stay a few days extra in Playa del Carmen because I suffered a knee injury and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They ordered us taxis all the time, constantly brought ice to my room, and went above and beyond to make the stay so much more pleasant. The rooms are incredible, the breakfast was superb, the pool area is great for relaxing with a nice view of the golf course. We are so thankful and would recommend anyone to stay here.

We felt like being at home. The staff exceeded our expectations and went beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The security was strict and private!

Pool was nice, rooms big and clean and well functioning air conditioning. Spa treatments excellent!
Pushy staff in reception. We bought way to expensive tickets for Xcaret from them. Discount for extra was promised but non existent and souvenirs was just a plate.
