Central location

Hotel is very difficult to find - I drove past it twice as the sign out front is tiny. Staff was brusque and disinterested. Breakfast was mediocre food with limited options, although the dining room is quite beautiful. Air conditioner in room was ineffective - had it on max all night but room temperature only dropped 2 degrees. Wifi was very slow, when it worked. Parking was inefficient - took about 20 minutes to retrieve my car. Bathroom layout is dangerous - both my friend and I fell when trying to step out of the shower. In summary, I could have paid half this price to stay at a business 4* in the same neighborhood, but I paid more to stay here because I wanted the historic, 'grand' experience. When I showed up, none of that was here- instead it felt like a bad hostel.

Good location, helpful staff, beautiful lobby area, decent breakfast

The room itself made Motel 6 look good, though it was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable.

Location is excellent, break fast was decent, price per value is good. Overall reccomend positively.

Room decor and dark colours inside the room and corridors.
