Browns Boutique Hotel

Its boutique nature with 10 rooms only. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to downtown.

Parking can be a little difficult at times.

Excellent location. Very comfortable room and bed, lovely touches in the room like daily carafe of water, home made chocolate marshmallow fish and biscuits. Lovely juliet balcony overlooking the town and the water. Friendly staff. Great daily breakfast menu. Great European boutique hotel feel.

Comfortable bed and pillows, very clean room with nice shower pressure (and hot water that stayed hot). Excellent staff, facility and location. The included breakfast was excellent for the price.

This was not a problem for me, but older travelers or those with mobility problems should know there is a steep hill to get to the hotel (and a few flights of stairs from town). This is the case for most of the hotels in Queenstown, but something you should be aware of when planning for your trip.
