Kitchen staff was super friendly. Pretty good breakfast with good amount of options. Love the location, next to a huge shopping mall.
Super tiny room. The lay-out of the bathroom and shower (they were separated and limited shower privacy). Customer service needs improvement.

Metro connectivity, shopping mall & food court. Booked on the way to the airport and no issues during checkin.
There was a lot of noise from outside the building, we were on the top floor but could still hear the traffic. Standard daily breakfast. Pillows not at all comfortable.

Bed infested with bed bugs - we were bitten all over the back. Table and chair in the room dirty and sticky. Staff did not understand that there is a problem with infested beds, because they did not understand english.
