Location, bed comfort, staff. Location was great, across the road from People's Square Metro. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

It was a bit hard climbing in and out of the bath to have a shower; perhaps that could be mentioned when booking. Our friends had a room with a shower cubicle, which would have suited an older person like me.

The location is very convenient, the subway is across the road. The breakfast is good but not worth the price.

The buffet breakfast is expensive for the price. There should be a set menu breakfast option that is cheaper for people who dont want the buffet.

Perfect location for the first...

The hotel is right next to the main street that leads to the bay. It’s perfect if you explore the city for the first time. The staff is very polite, they upgraded our room and gave me a small birthday cake 😉. There was some misunderstanding with the deposit but eventually everything got well.

The water in the shower changes from cold to very hot. It was a little bit struggling to make it warm.

Jimmy, the receptionist, has been an amazing support at arrival. The hotel staff is kind and speaks good English. Location is wonderful. Rooms are clean and confortables.

Amazing quality for price :)

The room was nice, the bathroom was especially great with a nice shower and good bathtub. The swimming pool was fun to have a swim in and the restaurant was good too. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable too.

Check-in and check-out wasn't fast as there was a queue of people. There were no slippers or tooth brush and tooth paste in the room we had to order this from the reception. It took a while before housekeeping delivered these missing items.

Exceptional staff, lovely hotel. Facilities and location are excellent. This hotel is a great base to venture out and about in Shanghai. I was allowed to check in early and the check in process was flawless. I can’t fault this hotel in any way. If and when I return to Shanghai I’ll definitely stay here again. Fabulous, 10 out of 10!

A wonderful stay-cation!

The hotel is in a wonderful location. The People's Square metro station is right across the street which provides easy access to the entire city. Nanjing Pedestrian street is also only 200m away for great shopping and beautiful lights at night on the way to The Bund. Great pool, sauna, and fitness facility. Bring your gear so you don't have to skip your workout.

The rooms were very hot. We turned off the heat and it was still a bit too hot for us.

Location is excellent. The hotel upgraded my room.

Check in is slow. Was I supposed to get toothbrushes and toothpaste. Compliments are lacking such as wash towels, facial soap, etc.

Super convenient. The hotel just nearby PS. Line 2 connect the Pudong Airport, the Hongqiao Airport and the train station together. Very impressive that they upgraded my room for free. The swimming pool always warm and the gym is nice too. All in all, Highly recommend!!!!

Deluxe suite was great. Staff were helpful. Facilities were all fantastic.

The junior suites were a touch too small, and more like a standard room than a suite. However, we were able to upgrade to a deluxe suite for a reasonable price!

Outstanding value for money.

When I made the reservation I knew that my Genius offer was very good even for my standard room. At checkin I got upgraded to a Junior Suite which made the offer even better.

Staff was very kind and they upgraded our room for free. The location is perfect and close to the metro and other fun spots in Shanghai. Room was huge compared to what we expected, the view was excellent, and our room was extremely quiet and clean.

Nice hotel, great revolving cocktail...

Location at People's Square is perfect; right beside Metro from Hongqiao Airport. Staff are friendly and efficient. Very good base from which to visit Shanghai. Mattress comfortable, pillows OK.

The amazing revolving cocktail bar on the top of the building was CLOSED DUE TO COVID. As was the hotel restaurant. The only place to get a drink or meal was the lobby bar (or room service). We visited the bar in 2017 and loved it, so were rather disappointed. But I suppose the hotel cannot be blamed. Other negative points: some free drinking water in bathroom, but otherwise Evian for sale only.

The hotel staff were excellent from the moment I booked. They contacted me to ask which bed type I would like for our newborn baby - a cot or single bed. The staff on check in were friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had. The room service was also fantastic - very quick! The room was a good size with a great view, the bathroom was big and clean - we would have loved a bath but it was not a problem! Fantastic location as well!

The room was incredibly spacious. I apparently got a free upgrade to the 34th floor. The breakfast,oh my, was it amazing. I've never seen such a complete buffet with so many options. I ate so much! The location is simply the best: right at people's square and near The Bund. I had the best time going there. There's also a mall right beside the hotel which you can actually access through a doorway inside the hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't access the wifi for some reason on the last day some hours before the check-out. It kept saying I wasn't enrolled on the system.

This is our second time staying here. The location is great, the room very spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast and we also had dinner. Everything is so nicely displayed. and the staff are so helpful.

The hotel was in a great location. Very clean and modern. Peoples square has a long strip of shopping you can experience. Also really close to the metro. Very convenient. Definitely would stay again.

The only thing is if you don’t like leaving a deposit of 2,000 RMB. However; you can become a member but that’s if you are going to stay at the Radisson multiple times.

Great rooftop bar and WiFi was good

Very easy to get to the hotel from the airports, only 100m or so from the subway station Staff were very helpful, front desk let me check in early - I wanted to dump my bags and explore - but she told me the room was free so I could check in. I wasn’t feeling too good, so I was offered a special lemon and honey tea for breakfast to help my throat. The General Manager is a great guy, friendly, helpful and approachable.

The weather - but hardly the Hotel’s fault!

This is a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Right nexxt to the hotel there is a world class mall, New World which ahs Madame Tessauds in it. The hote is also located on Nanjing West road which is just a vibe of people, food and stores. The hotel is also walking distance from The Bund.

Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Most things started closings down around the hotel for Spring Holiday, so we were happy to have good options on sight. High priced in the rotating restaurant but excellent food.

Every one was nervous because of it was the first days of the virus. Had called ahead for late check in but had call around the lobby for a minute or 2 at time of arrival. Checkout person seemed impatient.

The range of choices for the buffet breakfast. The skybar, with a talented group of singers and a guitarist, quickly helped us forget we’d been travelling all day. The response to a request for a large bed (rather than possibly 2 singles) was met by an upgrade to a Junior Suite. Very good value for money

Very good hotel with a privileged location, a few meters from People's Square station and Nanjing pedestrian street, at the heart of the city center. An impressive view of the city from our room, as well as from the revolving restaurant on the 45th floor, you eat a delicious food while enjoying the 360° views of the city. Very kind staff, a very comfortable and clean room. For 80 RMB per person, a shuttle can take you to the airport.

Good location

Very good location, no problem with early check in . You can take the subway (metro) from the airport (Line 2) to the hotel door (People Square station).

Safety is poor. Anyone can access the elevator. No security and no need to use the room key to get the lift.
