Super venlige personaler, fantastisk strand med eget koralrev og meget forskelligt mad at vælge imellem. Der er mulighed for yoga osv, samt tilkøbe oplevelser på hotellet så som massage, udflugt med båd og frisør.
Der er lidt langt til nærmeste gode butikker udenfor hotellet og underholdningen på hotellet om aftenen er lidt mere til de østeuropæiske gæster.

the staff was impolite, rarely smile and not patient enough to explain whatever I ask about. I've heard them couple of times cursing some foreign guests!!! Some of them are even molesters.

We stayed 2 people at the hotel for 5 days, We took the Junior Suite on a half board basis. The hotel was very nice and had a lot of options to spend the time having fun.
There were problems in the room that we requested to be addressed and it didn't happen. The location of the hotel is very poor and the biggest problem is that the quality food there just isn't good. In addition, a large part of the hotel staff simply charge the guests much higher amounts than the menu prices, or they just require a tip. Try a more central place. And don't let them take unnecessary money from you!!

Room fantastic. Private pool room. Staff extremely friendly, always try give a tip, it helps with service and it's really appreciated. It's one of the few hotels in sharm that is compact and easy to walk to beach, pool, rooms, restaurants, reception all within max 3 mins. Hani at the pool bar exceptional, works long hours and always chatty. Restaurant staff also fantastic, too many to mention.
Last hotel in nabq, knew this already but it's a walk from hotel to entry gate. Once there fine to get the blue bus for about 5 or 10LE. Food was a little on the cold side. Some better food warmers would be good at the buffets.
