Very friendly atmosphere. Great and helpful staff that could adress both questions about the stay as well as other things, such as questions about trekking, skiing etc. Extremely good dinners served at the hotel. Hotel organizes a short ride to the main lift between 0900 and 0930 which is very convenient.
Everything was great. Nothing to complain.

Uphill walk to town but the hotel provides a shuttle service which is great Sort out the TV signal, not good

Breakfast and dinner both were good and there was plenty of everything. Room for 2 stars totally correct and clean.
Hotel could have been a bit closer to the center, but it did not matter much. We had the car anyway.

Breakfast was great! alot of variety to select from. Great start to the day.Fantastic views of the Granvalira from the rooms and while your eating breakfast!!
