Eco Hotel Vila Galé Albacora

Vi valgte Albacora fordi min mand er dårligt gående, og havde brug for optræning ved bl. a. opvarmet pool, + nemt tilgængeligt værelse.

Vi ville gerne have haft gelændere til trapper til haven. V i ville gerne have set daglige Portugisiske specialiteter på menuen.

Selv om vi udtrykkeligt havde bedt om et roligt værelse var vi de første nætter meget plaget af støj (høj musik mv) fra den nærliggende bar. Så fik vi et andet værelse langt fra baren og det var vi meget tilfredse med.

The ants nests in the room, the staff sprayed those they could see but it was ineffective, they need to destroy the nests. Offensive smells from the sewage tanks which were too close to our and nearby rooms.

I booked because usually there is a private boat to take you out to the beach.A Unique selling point for this hotel. It was out of service. a bus service was laid on but took ages and we still had to wait at public jetty for public ferry to access main beach. Hotel guests had to pay extra charge for use of indoor pool. This was not explained to us. Our room became infested with ants on second night.
