Terrible staff, not trained, they don’t know how to host families with kids. You should spend this huge amount in other hotel nearby or rent an apartment

Exceptional
Freindly staff and great location
Conveniently located close to Old Jaffa area and within walking distance to markets and much more. Comfortable, spacious room, very well maintained with good soundproofing and choice of quality pillows. Most of rooms would have some sea view.
Breakfast price is a bit too much for what you get.
The bed was comfortable, the pillows were terrible. We were not warned that during Shabat, we would not even be able to get a hot drink let alone any hot food. I thought that a 5 star hotel with staff from many different countries would be able to accomodate those who do not follow the religion.
The executive Business lounge. Good facility.
The way people checking-in are treated or not helped should I say. No clear handling of the new arrivals from front hotel to reception front desk: no segregation between new Customers checking-in and Customers having just questions and 'telling their whole endless life' while the queue keeps extending and no additional front desk personnel coming to support....
Loved the location and the coffee shop/restaurant. The staff were excellent - very helpful. We would definitely return for another holiday.
Didn't like the pillows.
Good location. Very Comfortable. Good bed. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Good club room. Pleasant helpful staff.
Nothing
Nice rooms Spacious Good executive lounge
The swimming pool area Cramped - too many people we were like sardines
Lobby area restaurant location
Bathroom is outdated and in need of refurbishment for a 5star
The reception staff cheated me. She gave me false guidance.
The rooms has an awful smell from the drain! We have payed the full amount to use the lounge and the lady was so rude to us and wouldn’t allow our business colleague in against the terms of the agreement.
Overpriced for nothing.

Breakfast good, service friendly pleasant and helpful
The prices. Not great value.
Anastasia in reception was a dream. We thank her for recommending the “ Executive Suite”, which is worth the few extra dollars. You get much more than you pay for! Especially when jet-lagged, the food selections in the lounge are perfect! And breakfast is divine!
Everything was great. We look forward to our return in a few days to meet up with our guided tour.
Location was fantastic the hotel was beautiful and the staff very friendly
It was clean
Room was ready after 16:30 and we was asked to avacuet at 12:00 .
evrything
Friendly, helpful. Courteous staff. Good location and facilities.
Charges for use of sauna, steam room
The staff were excellent and the chocolate concoction (sweet) was pure heaven
Everything was fantastic.Especially after slumming it for 3 days in an airbnb in Jaffa!
Fantastic location. Lovely pool area. Great breakfast. Efficient Reception staff.
That the pool area was cleaned whilst it was at the height of its use. Sunbeds were sprayed whilst people were procuring their positions by the pool. The ground was cleaned when the pool area was full. All this should have been done earlier in the morning or last thing in the day when the area was empty.
location breakfast view from rom
he hotel is under staff. The front desk SERVICE WAS NOT PLEASANT. They made people wait and wait and ignored the long lines, sometimes only one person was attending. The spa is expensive and the massage was bad!!!!! the exercise room is so small. is poor for a large facility as this only 2 cardio equipment and some weights. The pool is not impressive . packed with children jumping over your head . they need to add adult pool . for a hotel claiming 5 stars . Vale service is the worse ever
Clean and impressive view. Very good facilities and meeting rooms.
I had to pay extra for the parking area. Since I pay so much money for the room, parking cost should be included. Breakfast was almost the same every day.
Everything from checkin to checkout
There is nothing not to like
Very polite staff. clean areas. very good breakfast
The position was good and the breakfast was very good. The check in staff were helpful and charming and was aware of the condition of our room as he tried to encourage me to upgrade to an executive room. The concierge was very helpful too.
The accommodation was below standard as the room was in desperate need of a refurbishment. There were fishmoths crawling out from the curtains and the fixtures and fitting were falling apart. Not all the staff were friendly and on our last day the pool staff started to clear away all the sunbeds and umbrellas at 4pm for a wedding the following day at 8pm without prior warning. The pool was shabby and needed some urgent attention too.
You certainly paid for what you got which excellent
The security at the front door was horrendously rude and arrogant! He was so rude I have never experienced anything like this in my life. He didn’t believe I was a guest and when I tried to get in he stopped the revolving door with his foot not only trapping me but also other guest even though I showed him my room key and my name was on the list of guest staying at the hotel. He then had a full on argument with another guest so his colleague had to come out to relax the situation. And to make it even worse I was with fiends of mine and all we wanted to do was finish be night nicely. I would never go back there and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone! It’s a disgrace the way we were all treated. For the price you pay you wouldn’t expect something like this to happen!
The room and the floor
Long lane fir check in
The view and location
l hotel et le personnel super
food isn' t good it s crazy not good for dinner chabbat
Everything was just perfect
Breakfast was more than adequate for our needs, staff friendly and helpful, room gave us a side view of the town and beach area. Balcony was definitely an asset for sitting out and cooling down. Good location
Access to hotel was not that obvious and could do with better external signage. When busy at the weekend, the breakfast food area was somewhat swamped by people selecting what they wanted
The hotel is spacious and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The pool only opens at 8:00 am - would have been great if it could have been available at 7:00 am or even earlier
Great location
Breakfast area was a bit tight
Breakfast was excellent Only criticism - only one station for hot drinks & we like a bigger cup or mug with our coffee Also coffee not the best
The area is very nice and convenient although the logistics to get into the neve tzedek neighborhood are a little confusing.
i was charge more than booking show me
Food
No meat with diary option in restaurant (I know it’s a local custom) & some staff rude.
The breakfast
The rooms seems a little bit too old
Location
Service in the hotel
Good location Comfy bed All round good hotel
Inter-joining bedroom was not very soundproof
Very close to carmel market and Yafo, parking is avalaible in a garage, pool and breakfast.
-
The bedroom was disappointing. Carpet was grubby. Pillows were poor. Lights in the bathroom kept failing. The bathroom door would not shut. When I complained they did send someone quickly to plane it down.
Not enough light in the rooms
Beds were very comfortable. Well appointed and spacious bathrooms. Great location. Lovely lobby and nice outdoor space.
We were “upsold” access to an executive lounge and room with “better” view but the lounge wasnt really operating fully because of Shabbat. They should have told us that initially. Also the concierge made us a dinner reservation but then inexplicably cancelled it according to the restaurant. Most staff had a “not my job” attitude which was inconsistent with the niceness of the physical property.
Location, view from room, overall luxury.
The view
Th lounge must be more rich ,with more kinds of whiskey and vodka
Worst staff service I have ever received in a 5* hotel - by a long way. Quite unbelievable how rude and unhelpful staff were.
The service was appalling.
Great rooms and lounge
View
Nothing
Excellent location and decent hotel but very pricey for what it is (Tel Aviv isn’t cheap but this was pretty expensive compared to the others on/around the same area)
Room wasn’t spectacular-nothing wrong with it but for the money I paid I had expected something more
I liked the excellent service from personnel
Bed was too soft
location
no facilities. The price was too high and didn't meet my expectations
Location of the hotel.
The noisy room 1303 which is located next to the elevator.
Location good in winter time
Breakfast below standard for Israeli 5 star hotel
Location. Friendly staff.
Bathroom and sheets were dirty. Sheet was stained and toilet had been used and not cleaned.
Location,
The food in the lounge is poor,it is not like in Abu Dhabi or Amman intercontinental
The Executive Lounge was very good and Staff most helpful . My Room was spacious and comfortable .

I all times stayed in this hotel and before it was wonderful place with very nice team, but now it’s all changed they have big reconstruction and they don’t warn guests and all works starts since 7:30 am until 6 pm. OMG I was shocked when I was waked up of all this hummer knocking noises. Until the checkout the team of the hotel cheated us that they don’t have reconstruction. But we saw it and heard it (((( Never stay with them again. And Benedita their front manager layer

location, old rooms, the hotel needs a renovation Bed uncomfortable and not nice views
Location. Breakfast. Car parking. Helpful staff
Parking ticketing a bit flakey.
The view was amazing, the staff were very considering and helping.
The mini bar wasn’t full tho they wrote if I want to fill it you should contact them but we only stayed for 1 night, and the other thing they asked me to check out earlier..
Location of the hotel and the size of the rooms. Very nice and helpful staff
the hotel is located in a great building but maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the ceilings are water damaged and the baseboards are full of scratches. In the fifth floor some of the columns show damages from the luggage carts.
Friendly and nice breakfast
Noise from the lobby and the cleaning team left television playing loud in the room next to us, result sleepless night, the room was empty
Location and facilities are top
Room was a bit “old” regarding decoration and I’m never a fan of carpet in the whole room
location, rooms
It’s expensive , the parking at hotel it’s for 20 dollar per night it’s to much it must be free.. at the room no espresso machine, no tea , for 350 dollar per night it disappointing
World class hotel
I did like the service, very polite and nice staff, Any question I have asked has been delivered with respect and politeness. I enjoyed my stay very much.
The executive lounge! A haven for a drink or snack, with great service and food. And speaking of food, the breakfast was excellent too.
The gym was a bit limited
A lovely hotel. Great staff, excellent food, lovely leisure facilities, excellent airco in the rooms. Cannot fault it in any way.
The room could have been more up to date but they are refurbishing floor by floor and we wanted a balcony and they are on the lower floors where the refurbishment has not been completed.
Classic 5 star experience in this city hotel. Ample parking and amenities. The spa is well managed and offers a great experience. staff availability and service was top notch.
I love the location of this hotel. right near the trendy neved tzedek area and the Carmel market - easy walking distance to everywhere else you need to get to in tel aviv the hotel has good facilities and is very comfortable
the pool area could use a little updating, very concrete and bare. the lighting in the bedrooms is not sufficient there should be a mirror over the dressing table, the only place to do make up is in the bath room. which gets extremely steamy the bedrooms need an update but the beds are very comfortable
We called the desk & the room service couple of times to order our breakfast in the room, no one answered, while we checked out I told that to the staff & while we did'nt eat it or got any...
The hotel is in a perfect location - near the beach & a short walk to Neve Tzedek. Great breakfast, large pool & attentive staff. We also loved using the executive lounge.
The non-renovated rooms are very tired, and the cost to upgrade is expensive.
Too much money cost
Comforts
Room rates are too high for tourism and the tax rate for non-Israeli guests is high
Insane abnormal off the wall price Height of the summer.. hotel totally empty
Everything was perfect!
Staff, location, accommodation, cleanliness.
Almost nothing. Very little things: Executive lounge could leave food available for more time, and Expresso machine could be left on during Shabat.
Nothing
We stayed here 2 nights to visit TA and Jaffa and loved it. Staff was very friendly and overall the hotel was good. Laura
The staff by the pool was not too alert
The atmosphere
The cleanning of the hotel
Excellent location and good feel. Always clean and immaculate.
Breakfast selection was not as good as previously experienced in previous Israeli hotels.
large pool, view on the sea, executive lounge
pool close at 7pm
Executive Lounge was poor and from 11.00-15.00 only served biscuits despite being told of various food availability when phoning the hotel prior to booking
We love this hotel because of the position. The staff are very helpful in all areas of the property. The beds and the pillows are really comfortable and I always sleep well when I am here!!
The air conditioning when you enter the foyer and in the corridors was far too cold and was not at all comfortable
location
old hotel and to expensive
Freezing cold in hotel Very windy by pool Too near to dan panarama Very noisy music festival Business hotel full of conferences
Location
Service Breakfast Facilities
Had our wedding night there. There was a chocolate cake and 2013 bottle of wine on the house waiting for us.
The breakfast buffet was great and the location is perfect for exploring Jaffa, Neve Tsedek and also going to the beach. There is a nice gym and a big pool.
The food served by the pool was poor and the service was not great. The pool manager just sat around doing nothing. Also, there was a conference on at the hotel during our stay which meant part of the...
Great location
Location. Elevator wait
Front desk staff were indifferent to my concerns. Outside of front desk, the staff was great! Did not like that the drinks were billed in US dollars instead of Shekels.
Great location with good views and close to beach. Short walk to Joppa and other market areas. Good for business and tourists.
