Everything was perfect we went there for honeymoon and they prepare the room with the candle and flowers. We enjoyed thank you for everything.

Welcoming, helpful staff. Beautiful location, good breakfast selection and service. Efficient airport pick up and drop off, but at a price. Unique, cave-style rooms with plenty of space.

Met all our expectations for a higher-end property. Cave-style rooms lacked exterior windows and light sources (but that's a cave!)

Everything and the Staff!

Staff - Excellent staff! Super helpful, friendly and kind. They really do go out of their way to make your stay special. Location - It's in the heart of the Island. All the eating joints and the market are minutes away on foot. Food - The best food we found in all of Santorini! The place has modern greek food and the chef exceeded our expectations! Cleanliness - homely rooms, a great view of the volcano and port, neat rooms and clean well maintained jacuzzies and pool.

Had we not had the help of the staff for transportation of the luggage, the location would have been a bit of a problem since you've to take quite a few flights of stairs to reach the hotel. However, the boys were more than kind and helped with all the luggage.
