Værelset var meget komfortabelt - fantastisk bruser og seng! Tatiana var en stor hjælp! Hun påpegede gode restauranter og hjalp os med at tilmelde os ture.

Smuk ejendom lige i hjertet af Maple Leaf-pladsen. Værelserne er indbydende og har en meget hjemlig følelse for dem. Hvis du er på udkig efter en romantisk ferie, er dette helt sikkert det sted, du bør købe.

The breakfast was set up in buffet style. Although the selection may not be like those of 5-star chain hotels but it was adequate and bread and pastries (all said to be made fresh by hotel staff) were very good. Other food choices were of good quality so I would say they have done very well. Free coffee to go.

My husband like part of the "raw" design of the room although I myself don't. The hotel was very good except that we didn't realize we were visiting during the Canadian Thanksgiving long-weekend holiday so a lot of restaurants and shops are closed. Left with very little dining choices close by and the hotel café seems to be closed too, so had to go to a nearby hotel for lunch/dinners.

The location was great. Close to the station and within walking distance of the CN Tower, Rogers Centre and the Harbour front. There was also a large supermarket in the mall next to the hotel so it was convenient for snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful and always on hand. The room was extremely comfortable and after a day of walking the bed was so welcoming. A nice touch was the daily evening visit to offer chocolates and water and the ample supply of green apples which were available at various points throughout the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot compliment the hotel enough.
