Choose the hotel for the recomendations and the photos! Nothing compared to the reality not going back!
There was a lack of communication with us of how the spa had to be used. We headed on the first day to the spa after sleeping on the worst bed ever and being nearly kicked out of the breakfast for getting there 5 minutes before closing time, to relax and forget everything that had happened until that moment. So we headed down to the spa and we were told we needed caps but there where none in the room so we had to buy them for 5€ each that couldn’t be charged to the room or payed with credit card so we had to go to the room. We head down buy the caps and head in to be stoped for not wearing a bathrobe ( wasn’t wearing it since it’s two or three sizes small, I’m a big guy) I explain my problem to what I’m told that that’s not there problem and that I need it. Second time I head to the room I put the bathrobe that dosnt close and head down, this time we are allowed to get throgh the changing rooms to the spa, where we are stoped for not wearing slippers (normal) we ask for some and they tell us that we have them in the room (not true) we tell them that we don’t have them and that they should give us the slippers, long and behold they tell us that we can’t get in and that we should go to reception! Evidently I wasn’t pleased at all and decided I wasn’t going to the spa any longer! Went to reception to ask for explanation and some kind of compensation (bear in mind this is the first day, not the best start) I tell the receptionist that I don’t need her to say anything at the time but that I want to talk to the manager. After 4 days I hadn’t received any response from the manager or anyone for that matter and with the worst backache from the bed we decided we where leaving the hotel 3 days before original check out. We asked for a refund for the last 3 days explaining why we were leaving and the receptionist basically sent us on our way with nothing and giving us a bill, not even compensating 50€ in extra charges.

Rooms were spacious and the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was quite rich with a big variety and the facilities was quite good with 3 pools ( one of the outside). The architecture was amazing. The dinner and drinks at the bar were quite affordable.
Beds could be more comfortable. The windows were too dirty outside and the curtains should be cleaned.

Spacious rooms and overall good facilities, most of the staff extremely kind and trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
We traveled as a family of 3 (2 adults + 1 toddler) and requested an extra bed beforehand which was confirmed by the hotel. For our surprise the toddler bed had no mattress only a big blanket folded and meant to be used as mattress. Situation was immediately reported to the staff but it took 2 hours to have it solved. On top of this, shift manager did not speak a word of English which made communication almost impossible.
