The room was clean and staff was friendly
They took 47 € for god 2 kg , spa is not included in the room rate, so they took 40 Euro pour spa and 10 euro for 2 caps plastic for the pool

Our 4th stay and it was good as usual Very clean and comfortable. Rooms and Bathrooms are faultless. Shuttle bus to the marina and back is great although it's only a 25 minute walk if you prefer. Great pool area Breakfast is good
Year after year we as well as other guests mention no drinking water in the rooms after the initial 1 bottle on arrival. This feedback is never addressed. 5 star hotels should be providing drinking water in rooms and by the pool (small bottle in mini bar €4)

The hotel & facilities were great. The location was brilliant with daily shuttle to the marina. However , I do feel the beds need an update .

All staff very friendly and efficient. Shuttle bus to marina very good. Drivers very helpful and friendly. Would be good to have lighter food options by pool ie omelettes

Comfy beds, lovely rooms, within 5 min taxi ride from the marina, lovely pool area.
Rarely enough staff serving at the poolside restaurant and bar although the ones who were working really tried their best, they were over worked and need more people to help them at peak times
