God service og meget flinkt personale.

1: Man kunne ikke slukke lyset på balkonen om aftenne det slukkede selv omkring 01.00 så hvis man gik i seng før irreterede lyset ind gennem vinduet. 2: Morgenmaden bar meget præg af kantine. 3: En anelse over priset.

Facilities were amazing, lots of restaurant options (even though very over priced food). Close to marina which was key.

- Room service was super slow but if you order food to the hotel you get reprimanded - Room was constantly dusty after an 8 night stay the amount of dust on our suitcases was disgusting - Every time we came back after house keeping had been there we had to call for something, towels were forgotten or coffee cream - we had put a robe that was dirty on the floor and when we returned after housekeeping it had been hung back up on the rack which caused a bit of concern to wonder what was happening with dirty towels that were used and put on the floor. - we were supposed to have a crib in our room for our baby, upon arrival there was a twin bed, we called and went down and requested the crib. It took 4 hours and 4 requests and only upon asking to speak to the manager did we finally get our crib so our Baby could sleep - on the website when you book they claim on 8th for you get soft drinks and coffee replenished daily — very misleading you assume You’re getting these free but they cost. We had to go buy our own nespresso pods to use for the week because 2 euro for each pod is ridiculous - overall I expected a lot more for the price paid
